I think this shows a parallel between the two couples
WenAlan and JimWen. In which one party keeps rejecting the other but insists on being mean for no good reason

Jim has a terrible attitude not because he's rejecting wen but because it feels that he's punishing him out of spite

He's an asshole because of his behavior.

This episode was a huge let down for me and i have so many questions
Alex wants forgiveness from jean but won't forgive his father
Jean kept her pregnancy from alex and refused to forgive him for what she admitted was a drunken mistake

If mollie, army, nim and joe were not allowed to grow as individuals won't going back to the past ruin the growth of these characters and army's baby

I realized watching jean that sometimes some things don't need to be forgiven. Alex motive was selfish in the beginning. He wanted to fix everybody's life so he can go back to the past have a perfect life aand orgasm again but we have to realize that the past made us who we are today and appreciate it's lessons

I really don't want alex and jean to sleep together. Not only would it be cliche but I'm not comfortable with jean being with the person who traumatized her

Mollie and nim were toxic then and i do understand nim. She broke up with bew whom she did love enough to have a baby for her. Her residual feelings for Mollie does not mean she's in the right head space for a relationship especially a rebound. So i think mollie took it too personally

Joe and army cant work. Not except they are ready to meet in the middle. Army was shit. And he deserved to be treated like shit but still bringing up the past to weaponize over him especially after he has tried consistently to meet him in the middle. That was mean
And army is a child. Expecting joe to just drop everything to run towards the fairy rainbow with him. That's not realistic. I don't think they should be together. Not without couples's counseling

For nim and mollie hmm I'm not excited with the fact they seem to be getting back together afterall they were toxic together and grown or not they broke up for a reason.

I think seeing thi make that phonecall he realized that the future might be bleak. I saw that during this episode noey passed through a lot of pain, watching his mother be stabbed and then disrespected by thi's parents, losing his best friend, being sidelined by thi, the effort in studies. All those sacrifices for thi because he truly was optimistic but that call reminded him of a reality he could no longer ignore. So he lied to keep thi away from him and protect his future. That was sad but essential

I don't know about y'all but this episode made me burst out in laughter especially the crying scenes
