The villian in me almost crowed when jim found out that gaipa was rich. I thought the next thing was him seducing the boy to save his diner. Then i wondered why jim was doing everything to save the diner when it holds very bad or rather bittersweet feelings of betrayal, hurt, pain, debt. And i was like he should just give up. Poor gaipa though

And please i still haven't heard a definite reason why alan and wen broke up or why wen is so thirsty for jim

So they went through all of that just so alex would go back in time and end up with jean lol and so joe and army would have bareback sex in a boy's toilet cubicle leemao or so, jean whom is a virgin got hit from the back and rode reverse cowgirl on alex in a club room or how everyone, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ended up with their first loves. Right. I feel let down

The show tried so hard to be diverse but ended up having an unbelievably unrealistic ending with reinforced stereotypes

I think this shows a parallel between the two couples
WenAlan and JimWen. In which one party keeps rejecting the other but insists on being mean for no good reason

Jim has a terrible attitude not because he's rejecting wen but because it feels that he's punishing him out of spite

He's an asshole because of his behavior.

He's fine hanging out with wen and flirting with him but shuts down whenever he's angry and refuses to communicate. He'd just rather brood with his oh poor me I'm an almost 40 single chicken seller who's heart was broken raising my nephew all alone

And if somebody kept on rejecting me in every breath at such embarrassing frequency as jim has been doing to wen. Your daddy. I'd just rather count rice grains and leave you to your misery rather than looking desperate and pathetic. Cos at this point Jim is just being an asshole and that attitude is so unattractive

Honestly. I prefer who they all are now versus what they were as kids

This episode was a huge let down for me and i have so many questions
Alex wants forgiveness from jean but won't forgive his father
Jean kept her pregnancy from alex and refused to forgive him for what she admitted was a drunken mistake

If mollie, army, nim and joe were not allowed to grow as individuals won't going back to the past ruin the growth of these characters and army's baby

I realized watching jean that sometimes some things don't need to be forgiven. Alex motive was selfish in the beginning. He wanted to fix everybody's life so he can go back to the past have a perfect life aand orgasm again but we have to realize that the past made us who we are today and appreciate it's lessons

I really don't want alex and jean to sleep together. Not only would it be cliche but I'm not comfortable with jean being with the person who traumatized her
