I think that’s how Kang Full’s story feels like for the most part. “slow beginning at first” but it certainly isn’t a immediate dramatic style. but his story always gets more intense as it goes on

I think it’s playing a bit of “witch hunting” and that many of those people will say “she seduces the men” like a “witch” instead of understanding it’s not her fault

it is set in the same world but it is a side story, not related to the rest

I think that is intentional - a bit like she’s numb but also not - “I didn’t want any of you to confess to me” “I knew it’s happening”

Dongjin is really going to be a little sun for mijeong. In episode two, we start to have more insights into mijeong’s life and how much she suffers. and we are starting to see why dongjin wanted to help. it is very necessary to experience all the emotions mijeong goes through in her youth to know why she becomes who she is today and why dongjin becomes a dataminer.

he was a silly brat that had a lot of ayego to his mom and friends. he’s very playful and had a lot of friends. in his adulthood he is someone who reserved a lot, will help to give out excuses to his friends so he doesn’t feel bad missing their date, there hasn’t been much of his adulthood but he is a very different person?

the world is not a fantasy world per se but the rules indeed have some fantasy elements in it? but the people indeed are normal people but with those rules applied?

I hope people remember this is a Kang Full story. think about Light Shop or even Moving. his story takes time for build ups and it all will make sense at the end. the final reveals will be rewarding if you stick through his storytelling. this writer actually already speed up a bit from the original webtoon source to adapt to the drama medium. have faith in his story 😉

with Kang full’s stories you kinda have to trust the build up and the story telling. tho the Chinese adaptation was pretty bad 😅

she’s actually quite convincing for her role? imagine what she goes through - she’s supposed to be dry.

Kang full’s story is always like this. it takes time to build up and it rewards you as you continue. have faith in KF’s stories ;-)
