I can understand a webtoon reader would want it to be same as the original material, but just saying it from a person who haven't watched the webtoon but knew about the storyline, I actually loved that they changed it. I didn't like that the other guy also liking the FL. And it's not that she only chooses ML because her first choice is gone.

I personally just think nowadays we can really end the last relationship (rather it's one sided or not) and have the open heart before we accept a new one. I think that makes me like the FL more so than her switching mid way?

I also don't think she crying over another man in front of ML is cringe. I actually liked that before ML had any true feelings toward her, that's how he knows her side of story without her telling it. I like that it's effortless but also showed how FL is such a positive energy that she decided to end it right there at night. I can see ML falling a little bit for her cheery energy and of refreshing candor?

I knew the storyline before watching ep3 and I was really happy they changed it! Sorry for the webtoon readers but at least there are people like me who think it's a good change :D

I enjoy a good thriller that continues to build up suspense and more questions every episode, I think it makes the reveal more rewarding. It's good to take the same journey with the leads to find out more instead of watching it from god's angle and know more than the leads!

Not every drama with cliche can still be this fun lol Yea it’s used tropes but as long as you know how to work with them, it’s still a very funny and enjoyable show :) I don’t normally like rom com, especially the light fluffy no brain ones but this one is truly a gem in this genre!

Agreed! I don’t think either coach or Yurim will do this at all. Coach maybe - but probably not that far. Just the Japanese fencer’s fault but coach wasn’t helping to get her fence back, but not the coach intentionally to do it :)

I don’t know but I am loving the relationship between heedo and yurim. That born to be rival chemistry!!!!!! And the way she has always feared and felt little in front of heedo? And armoring herself with the rudest? Juicy teenage petty fights :) love it! Can’t wait til I can see how they become BFF of life!!!

I am 100% certain yurim will not mess with her bag LOL she has too much pride in herself to be doing dirty deeds like that. If she does it’s way too out of character lol

Personal opinions only. It’s much better than OBS for me. I didn’t feel or vibe with OBS’s romance but 2521 is a much better written romance (no hate just my HO) regardless I don’t find it similar to OBS

I like yurim. I can understand her fear and natural dislike for heedo. People tend to do this to people they wish they are / look up to / feels better than them. It makes them feel like a worst person when they are with them and naturally your first reaction is trying to push them away.

They are still at high school, in their young and growing time, they are allowed to make mistakes and make up and grow from it :) And I also find the little romance story super adorable and cute. It puts a smile on me with the two times they are on screen.

Disney needs to understand making a show available after it's finished is not gonna fly here with Kdramas. SO many people watch it on air. By the time is available most people who would be willing to pay for subs already finished it somewhere else. I paid for the subs because I want official UHD + CH subs in the US. I don't want illegal quality but you are not letting me.

How is this slow burn romance lol it’s moving rather quickly even before the one night? I am loving it so much. I rarely enjoy any drama from both leads and romcom but this one definitely is great! It’s not so light that none of the characters nor the development make sense, I can agree and understand everyone’s action and I like that they are way more adult-like. Not about sex or not, but just how they all handle work, life, family and love. It’s more matured even thought it’s a lighter romance story.

Maybe that’s why people don’t like it lol

Also song kang’s character is totally my type in romance story lol Secretly flirty af and knows how to make a girl flutter even tho he seems “nerdy” lol This is way better than him trying so hard to look like a playboy in Nevertheless (just as Han sohee tried way too hard to look like a “boring normal college girl” lol they really should have switched roles lol Han sohee is way too bad ass for Nabi lol)

I also enjoy park minyoung here. It’s literally the first time I can handle her role lol She’s very likable here. She needs someone to come into her life to break her walls a little since she’s been living too carefully. Loving how ML is creating a storm in her life and in her career. She’s already smart, excited to see her grow more as a professional too!

It’s kinda interesting to me how so many Korean communities see insane chemistry between the leads and yet it’s different internationally now? Lol The couple even had the name “candy couple” and I felt they had such great chemistry lol but then again each person has their own opinions. I would think this drama won’t work without the romance? Lee Ahn chose to help because he loves her to begin with lol

It doesn’t even make sense? The society is even more unfair so you actively want to be unfair? Shouldn’t you want to change this starting from law enforcement and youth? Just because the world is unfair, that’s the lesson you want to teach the kids? That doesn’t even make sense. Ugh I am so irritated lol

OMG is this a female director and writer again??? THEY ARE KILLING THE GAMES. I felt this back in Beyond Evil: "wow the directing and writing of the script is so nuanced and detailed, very calm and subtle and really dig deep into psychologically" and turns out it was also a female director x writer combo. I love this!

UGH Ep3 is SOOOO solid. The script is truly very tightly written. Once Eng subs is available please do give this a watch!
