what are you talking about? if it wasn’t for the one year him getting to know her he wouldn’t date her? I have seen you saying he’s not dated now they tell you he had and more complains. it is OK if he focused on settling and wanting a peaceful life without trying romance too much. In the 10 years he has life, jobs, friends, a home, family, and tried out dating. the plot didn’t make him the way you bashed him on and now you are changing the “standards”?

they both dated. ML were pursued by the noona for a year and he did agreed and tried for a month but it wasn’t working out for him. it’s no issue if FL dated too. but I think the problem isn’t about her dating, it’s the timing where she was just ending things with SML, but she saw ML, whom she dumped and didn’t admit that she dumped him, and then going back to him then formally breaking up with SML. which, I am still OK, it’s realistic in a sense, but FL’s biggest issue for me is not owning up her decisions and wrong doings. She hurt him and instead of formally apologizing how she ended things with him, she said it wasn’t a break up and she pretended it wasn’t one for 6 months. She could have just call him back the next day and tell him that’s not what she meant. But she did mean it, so now she’s just not owning up how badly she ended things.

I do know men like that, even a close friend of mine. hell he just told me today again how she is popping up in his life again and then blocked him again lol Trust me, this is actually pretty realistic but just not the types you as friends want them to end up together lol

it isn’t his dream job tho. it is a job he’s more interested in because it is calm and easy. His eyes lit up in college when he was given a chance to read the paper and when he was closing the laptop and turning off the lights in the lab, his small nods to himself is as if saying “that’s as far as you could have gotten and it was enough”

Don’t understand how are people hating on ML saying he is wasting his life and like didn’t they see how hard his life has been and every responsibility he has to endure (on-going too!) and somehow it’s his fault that he doesn’t want to go date no more? lol That’s not called hung up on the FL, cos he did move on during this 10 years until seeing her again. He can move on with his life and still not date anyone new, it’s not mutually exclusive

but it is explained very well he wasn’t hung up on her and didn’t date, he simply has too much life responsibilities and burden he shut himself off to love in general.

we do know the story of the break up tho. the break up has nothing to do with anything happened after. we saw both of their POVs for the break up. She can live a tough life afterwards it doesn’t change the fact on how she broke up and why. not everything is misogynistic. she also started using her ex’s from 10 years ago’s streaming platform. I agree some people are too harsh on her but she is a bit selfish in ep3-4. I am sure there will be more stories about their life in this 10 years but for the breakup itself, she does need to apologize at some point

and I didn’t say it’s not realistic. And I even said it’s the right decision, but it doesn’t make it not hurtful, especially with the words she said. she is saying the time with taeseo is wasteful because now she has what she wants to do in life. Taeseo is having a very tough time and still making efforts because he wants to see her, she’s not even happy when she gets a text or thinking about meeting Taeseo. So she did hurt him (and that’s okay, doesn’t make her a bad person)

he said he did. but for men it’s never all gone. Where did I ever say he has the same skin tone? all celebrities men or women put on foundation during events. He is no difference. but to say he has “heaviest make up” is straight up lies.

when he was talking to his parents in front of their graves, he still said it doesn’t matter how I am doing. He’s just learned to accept he can’t do what he wants. And even as a train driver, he was still tied to that because he can stay close enough if anything happened to grandparents or his brother, he can go immediately. getting a farm for the family, living in such a high place (likely cheap). He’s still not someone who would go and date.

you want someone whose whole life have never been able to pursue what he likes, and that one time he did she gave him up, and he has two old grandparents, a disabled brother, a scholarship to maintain, a military to enter early, countless tutor jobs, studying in the best university in Korea, to find her first? His life just is filled with 100% burden and responsibilities that he never gets to do anything he likes. damn I can’t believe people still can be that harsh on him????

he wasn’t waiting around for her tho. he even said he forgot he has ever shared the steaming account with her or why in the first place. He was just too busy taking care of his family and all his responsibilities, so he never found someone else, or anything else that he likes in that matter.
