All countries have their faults, China has a problem with censorship, while the U.S has problems with accessibility…
"arguing with a maga is like arguing with a wall" Plato. Or Lao Tzu Lol Let them live their dream to the end. Im fine as long as they leave europe alone and stay away from our politics. We ve got enough problems already.
Im a straight cis woman and i love love stories no matter the genders involved. And never had a bl fetish or anything. After watching a bunch of bl (talking about the industrial bl product-not about the good quality movies and dramas that happen to tell a story of 2 people of same gender) i was rolling my eyes most of the time. Esp with that "straight guy" who just happened to love a guy-as if he s doing him a favor or something. THERE S NO STRAIGHT GUY INVOLVED WITH GUYS. Do they hate bi /pan people? Not to mention the non existing storylines, the awful acting, the cringeworthy styling and makeup of gangster dudes or car engineers omg so many fetishized professions cant even count lol Your review is the reason im gonna watch this one, so thanks in advance!
Just read the news about Huang's fake profile where he was insulting Chris and the director since last year and im shocked! I so wish he will come out and clear the misunderstanding!
I certainly don't see anything special about his acting here. Run of the mill SML you can see in every drama.
Its not the character. There are certain skills that can be shown by an actor even when he has 2 lines and a few minutes in a scene: his voice, his expressions, the dynamics of his movement, the enunciation, the whole vibe. Some actors are born with it-it comes by nature, some others gain it through practicing techniques. Same goes with the audience: some get it amd others not. And of course an actor's performance can be judged by certain objective criteria, while there s always the personal preferences of each one of us.
He is good. in Todays webtoon as a supporting actor he really stole the spotlight and has better chemistry with…
Moving is on my watch list -i love the cast. Im gonna dive into it as soon as i finish my current dramas. Thanks for the suggestions, i didnt know the "today s webtoon"
Not as a character of course. I meant his acting. I find the ML great as a character (almost beyond reality perfect), and his face is a piece of art. But as an actor i find him mediocre but decent. On the contrary, when i saw Kim Do Hoon in his first scene, entering the office with that lollipop, in a few minutes i was: WOW Its my first time watching him, cause i have "Moving" on my plan to watch list so i was just caught by surprise, i just find him unique
Probably. Kim Do Hoon is good in his own lane but unfortunately he ain’t getting enough screentime to show the…
I think his part in the story is fine, he doesn't have anything more to give as a character. I wouldn't want him to take more screentime here, especially if his acting is as good as i feel it. I just hope he ll get his own leading roles in the future so he can give more to it
Kim do hoon is the next rom com king, mark my words. Not even that handsome but he is almost overshadowing the ML actingwise. Thank god we got a perfect ML otherwise the 2nd ml syndrome would hit us hard. Some actors have that special ability to own a scene even if their part is small. He has that thing. Am i alone here?
Finally 2 mature lovers who behave like adults, having adults flaws not behaving like nonsense 10yo weirdos. And the sexual tension is THERE, its been 84 years since i ve watched a kdrama with real people Aaahhhh so refreshing
Well, we keep seeing this in most Korean dramas. And in this one, you remember the 2FL's mother, who in ep. 4…
When you love someone, his child is not a burden. You dont have to love it as if you were its parent. You love it cause its a part of the person you love. Anything less is not love and its fine. But people need to redefine what it means to love your partner
Edit: someone shoot me for repeating the word love so many times lol
That's exactly what I thought. Why is beeing a single parent beeing such a stigma still. It's kinda sad really.…
As long as the "traditional" kind of family exists, with all its horrendous flaws, things wont change. Not to mention the constant pressure to women to get married and have a child and the "holy maternity" burden on our shoulders
Her comment gave me ONE SPRING NIGHT vibes. From a Korean POV it makes sense to include it. But from western gaze…
Im also western and i ve got to say that in southern Europe is still a thing. Its getting better comparing to previous decades but its still there sadly. Still, we have a kong way to go so to be like northern europeans in so mang aspects
In my opinion, the only good Thai BLs are the older originals, some of which are on my list. Enjoy! Another Thai…
My exact thoughts, i count it as a film trilogy with sequel bits and indeed is a masterpiece.. That last love scene from Moon indigo, with that light purple blue skin color and the moonlight slightly coming into the scene, is still haunting me. 4 minutes has a similar vibe but the story lacks inspiration -butterfly effect stuff etc (or maybe ive seen too many western similar things) As much as I love flower boys, my true soft spot is dark stories be it romance or mystery action whatever. I just picked my next from your list: Eien no kino Im soooo gonna dive into it
Lol
