Western women complaining about sex scenes...oh boy thats bad news!

As a straight western woman who LOVES good quality love stories on screen, be it a straight or gay couple (of course when watching bls i enjoy it more than gls cause ok i like men so the more the better lol) I cant even imagine a love story without sex scenes. But i often read here complaints by women-mostly asian or from Arabic countries that are strongly against any kind of intimacy that goes beyond the dead fish pecks. I blame it on their conservative background. I really dont wanna think they express the neopuritanistic trend of our era.
I m often in shock reading adult women here, asking if the bed scenes are...for real.

The actor who plays Yai just nailed it.
The guy really knows how to embody a person who is so in love, with all his face and body, even the way he's breathing, is spectacular.
Jom on the other hand...i dont know if its the actor or the director-since i havent watched any of his previous works, but he was just awkward. Often his expressions turn from sweet hubby to a shy teen, other times he looks confused with no reason at all. If there were another actor playin Jom, the couple would be awsome!
I really cant forget Yai's face when every time he enters a room and Jom is there, he is literally glowing. I hope he ll take more main roles in the future-i was really impressed.
And let me reminisce his young boy's face with THAT body, not over toned, just perfect.

There's the special episode 13 with a super happy ending as i ve read

Hahahh Something like that but it covers the hole area (women use it too). They often make it invisible when post editing the scenes
Now with AI they can also create the scene with the bodies without the actors involved in real time

Fun fact: people complaining about incest thing in shows, often come from countries where terms as : papa, mama, brother, sister are also used to call your significant other

Actors, both males and females, wear protective on skin, tight fabrics made for that purpose in such scenes to avoid direct contact. They can also be erased in post editing. There s no real sex, just the same moves. Even in soft p@rn there s no real penetration. It would be real if we saw an actual organ getting into...places lol

When a child is an orphan or abandoned the custody is on the institution he's been in. So i guess Qian could just get a copy of the child's birth certificate from the institution he grew up in, so there wasnt any kind of adoption.

Great depiction of emotions, a beautiful main couple, sweet music themes-mains and background, AWFUL editing with flashbacks and that cringeworthy totally unacceptable flashback scene with boy Yuan in the middle of their first intimate encounter. WHY? WHO THE HELL DID THAT? a child?
they ruined a scene that was so well made, acted, directed with a child's face. Totally unacceptable.
As for the incest part that i saw many people complaining about:
yes, there's incest here as in many other shows-in jap ones you also see biological siblings AND straight couples to fall for each other. So what?
Incest is a term that is based on biology: we are forbidden to mate with our blood related relatives, cause we re gonna produce non healthy descendents. Everything else, has to do with each society's moral values and norms that differ from one historical time to another.
The thing i dont get, is why people get offended when watching incest stories, since its a depiction that does not equal with acceptance/approval or anything.
Its a story, be it in literature, in shows, in movies. Happens in life too, thankfully not that often.
Why people go around the internet and play the inquisitor who censors everything? Are we back in the dark ages?
Enjoy the stories you see, or cringe and drop it, that simple.

The novelist is what you ll definitely enjoy. If you havent watched it, just go and watch all sequels ( and the Moon indigo that is the 1st and where the story starts.
I agree with you about this one. I love dark stories but this one ...i just found it soulless and pointless

Sincere thanks for: moon indigo and this one plus the sequels, though is is messy and better were a whole movie than in shorts, still great quality, beautiful storytelling and real people with flaws trying to find peace and balance through love. Not to mention the gorgeously made sx scenes, so well choreographed and depicted, the passion the lust, everything was so beautiful. A great watch

In one of the main trailers, there s the storyteller in her house (where she lives now, the one of her husband s) and they re having s gathering laughing eating etc
My guess is that she at some point will live as her real self and under her real identity . But im very confused about the storyteller s future. In ep 6 his friend says that he got married and has a son

If you like Ju ji hoon, try one of his movies or his previous drama Hyena if you havent already. Hyena is not romance focus but its fast paced and the couple is totally out of the norm and 🔥
