That stylist-hairdresser of Oh Ri must have hated her so much! What kind of hair was that???
And her outfits as if she was in 2rd grade or something!
Overall a very good watch, the casting was amazing
My only objection-as in most kdramas, was the interaction between the couple
These are not kisses of normal people
I get it when it comes to chinese dramas cause of censorship (though some dramas dare to give us excellent natural loving scenes)
but when it comes to kdramas i still cant digest that creepy wooden kisses
Its not the actors-at least ive watched Ji Sung in many of his works-esp in his movies there are over the top sexual even "naked" scenes

Oh nice approach! I hadnt thought about it! Same thing happened with Yoona where we see her dressed with girly clothes, though he was wearing his suit as always.
You re so right!

Currently at episode 6 and couldn't agree more with your comment. The whole tattoo thing is absolutely ridiculous!…
They could have presented it otherwise, e.g. as a dermostixia or something psychosomatic. But yeap its was very unatural

I think their relationship will be like Kim Hee Sun + Rowoon from TOMORROW drama ...
its 2023. There's no taboo to break anymore. But for kdramaland these days, there are a lot. Jdramas have already broken everything since manga times-early 80s. Kdramas were also much more free 10-20 years ago. Romance has no age when it comes to adults. And real life has every kind of romance-either we agree and relate or not-depicition is depiction.

I d love to see a huge age gap in rom relationship. Finally breaking some taboos in kdramaland but i doubt they ll do it. Kdramas and movies were depicting far more interesting stories, back in the 2000s or even before, but as the years go by, they become more and more repetitive, silly rom coms mostly and the action/mystery stories repeat themselves in different versions

I usually dislike enemy to lovers trope, prefering freinds to lovers, but this one was quite special in my opinion.…
It happened vice versa for me LOL
Im a fan of "Enemies to lovers" but im tired of the ceo-secretary thing. Its a matter of overdose! I really wanted to enjoy it cause i can appreciate objectively things like production quality, casting etc. Well taste works in mysterious ways! Im glad you enjoyed it!

Agree. I dont think we could ever been saved by getting second lead syndrome with these 2. Personally, no complains cause they both have enough screen time

Is there any purpose for the actress who plays FL's mom to also play the old lady? Even if it has no purpose, its quite intruguing

Its so repetitive, so silly at times, so many stupid things happen, the romance is going back and forth, i dont know why but I LOVE IT SO FAR LOL!
Seriously, i really enjoy it, not only the main arc, but also the side couples, second characters are nicely portrayed and the FL has a genuine cuteness without being cheesy-which i hate.

Nope not for youit's just gonna move smoothly
I finally made it to the end. Great camera work in every aspect.
The couple was one of the sweetest i ve ever watched-and to my eyes they were the only reason that kept me going. It was just not my cup of tea. But a good watch for those who like that slow paced-not angsty kind of stories

yeah i agree with this, but im pretty sure this the most commonly used self method to lose weight. I might not…
Really??? I ve never seen anyone doing this for the past 10 years or so. The most common and successful diet these days is kind of permanent nutritional changes that you can keep for a lifetime and the body comes to its perfect weight gradually. That way you wont gain ever again the amount of weight you lost. And of course a work out program focused on your own personal percentage of fat and lifestyle. With this drama i got reminded of the horrible diets we were doing during high school eating 7 eggs and carrots for a whole week lol

I guess im the only one who got bored in this drama. Im maybe tired by the whole "cold male torturing the others-esp secretaries-but he'll become a good boy when fall in love"
I really dont know. I didnt even find it funny.

Excellent review, the same thing happened to me with this drama. It had many romantic scenes, beautiful landscapes…
Illusions of reproduction...people most of the times have kids for all the wrong reasons and in no sense of responsibility. A man who's life is hanging on a wire by choice-cause he chose his profession and we didnt see him asking to be transferred in a safer department after having a child-it was over the top for my kind of logic.

Oh god, are you me?
You saved my time from writing a review. I experienced the exact same feelings. I had to fast forward and skip scenes, only because i enjoyed the chemistry between the couple, their acting which surprised me, the cinematography and colors and the warmness. But i got bored to the point of despair! The preaching, the stereotypes, the "one and only partner" was so meh-i almost felt dizzy-it reminded me hollywood series and movies of 80s-90s. The only good stuff that was heard was when her friend said at one point: "i dont want to have children, i want us to be like that carefree". The whole thing about the secret missions-the unavailability to talk on the phone, the phone screening in such professions is 100% true (ive experienced it myself). The couple was one of the best ive watched in my entire life in a drama/movie. Great great great acting and chemistry, i felt they were wasted in such i drama.

Great review! I was also not so into this drama and thought I was weird because everyone seemed to love it to…
They fell in love during high school, so the chances for falling in love at first sight are extremely high since we all are basically hormones with feet during adolescence LOL.
Even when we grow older, it can happen without saying a word. To me, they are one of the very best couples ive watched in a drama of any genre or any nationality. Still i didnt enjoy the drama-not my cup of tea, i had to fast forward most of it so i can finish it

They could imply that they did it during college, without showing anything! I mean, we know that they didnt have other partners during 10 years and now they're 30+
Again the 30+ virginity....pf im so done with that trope!

Why didn't you drop it already?
To express a negative opinion, is not hate. Its just a negative opinion and should be expressed so that people read the good and bad things. Are we getting paid to praise dramas or something?
