I think they both "die" when it will be removed and we 'll have a 3rd arc with both of them in the immortal world-at least that's what i saw in one of the bts interviews of the director and actors. And my guess by that interview is that during that arc, they will still be in love tormenting between their fate and their feelings, so we still have way to go. Sure thing is that things will get messy again

Personally, i was already aware of what i ll watch from the photos leaked these past few years. I knew i wouldnt be satisfied with the make up or ML's styling etc. But you re right, the actors vibes here are so strong that can carry the whole thing on their back. I enjoy it to the fullest no matter the flaws-after all everything is a matter of taste. I remember back then when TMOPB aired, i couldnt stand Yehua's hair, or that long black cheap silky dress, but i cried my eyes out and laugh and be "awwwww" with everything on that huge hit (and i didnt even like the pairing of Mark Chao and Yang mi-though i like them individually!
Its good to point out the fails in any project, be it a movie a drama a book etc but the main point is to enjoy it when and if you like it. As for our main couple here, i would watch them even in a documentary of everyday life, cooking or just foolin around, they creat magic out of nothing!

Ukraine ha? Sadly i know some stuff about post USSR mentality towards women, especially during the times (90s mostly) when many women from these countries came here to find work and ended objectified and humiliated by greek men as "ussr beauties-slaves" (yes that was the term back then). The result was that they expressed their misogyny both towards foreign girls and towards local ones,-cause misogyny already existed here in Balkans- but needed an "excuse" to be expressed. So as a result,men slut shamed foreign girls for being beautiful (cause objectively speaking, here we are cute but not that gorgeous comparing with the slavic beauty) and at the same time shaming the locals for every other reason you can imagine.
The only good thing in that aspect was that both nations women (ex ussr and greek women) finally realised that misogyny has no nationality and can turn against any woman no matter how she looks. Im glad that i meet women from all over the world even on MDL and even more glad that now societies-at least here-can talk loud about these things, name them and try to fight those sick ideas.
On the majority of asian continent, they still have much work to do-women are still considered acceptable if the keep their voice low, get married and have babies to be recognised as useful and purposeful. I really hope that there will be a day that women around the world will find their original place in societies, raise their voice louder and live their lives acording to their own needs and not others.

I grew up with Heidi and Candy Candy (i still got my stickers collection of both of them hehehe). You should come to my country where aunties, mothers and grandmas feed us to death because "the last bite is your divine strength" . Skin color matters here too, but vice versa: me, being white as a ghost, i got "bullied" by my family cause i looked like a sick vampire. I m gonna do fasting in episodes until 2-3 of them will be subbed. I already suffer enough-watching more bts than i can handle!

You dont wanna know what toxic fans and haters do to chinese female idols...not to mention the insanely toxic environment in kpop industry. Asian body and fat shaming, ageism too, is on another level comparing to western mentality in which at least for the past few years there is raised awareness about this stuff. I always wondered those people who body and age shame others, are ageless immortals under 60kg? So sad.
On a funny note, where i live (southern Europe,) we are already 60kg when graduating elementary school -god bless the Mediterranean body structure hahahahhaha .

As for Leo, i have a confession to make (of course not judging his appearance in any aspect, just a preference from my feminine hormonal perspective: I loved his face in Ashes of Love and earlier (there was a drama with Fox in the title), a few kg more, he looked like an angel, a pure perfection! But first and foremost i wish him to be healthy cause he's been through several injuries and health problems the past few years, appearance is just our surface nothing more. He is gorgeous even after these difficulties.
Considering my appearance which gets 1000 times worse even when i catch a cold-looking like an ugly witch or something LOL

All i can say is that many people are morally sick and many companies are feeding their sickness to gain profit. Its unbelievable the amount of people's time and effort spent to shame/stalk/write so much sh@ty stuff for public personas. I remember once, i saw Yang Mi literally apologizing to the audience about her...hairline because they were age-shaming her (and she was only 30+ back then). One thing i like in western audiences, is that at least the overall mentality about appearance/age/disabilites etc has been improved over the past 10-20 years a lot and people nowadays can enjoy entertainment products without spending their time reading so much hate and shaming (there's still some, but comparing to the eastern is far less)

Days ago i was reading an article on a gossip style chinese site, and i was shocked by the general body shaming. They were body shaming Leo and a fan of his (an overweight girl) with the word fat and a kind of "humorous" line comparing his whole body with her arm. It was at least disgusting.
