I feel like all the current tragic romance fits better with the posters and the song and the overall vibes of the promo material. Don't get me wrong, I liked the darkly comedic aspects from the earlier episodes but now I feel like they should have cut down on some of those elements and focused on the makjang/thriller/revenge storyline/whatever is going on rn from the very start

It's getting very melodramatic and angsty right now lol so the original audience for this drama should give it another try

Also what is up with Matsuhon's character? Is she an antagonist too? Is she working for Shiori?

This drama is actually damn good. I wish the people who dismissed it as lighthearted fluff came back because the angst and the darkness in these latest episodes are off the charts, Good Lord.

I did not see the twist coming at all, though I think we all suspected that character to some degree.
All I hope is that Aoi and Shu end up together.

I take back everything I said. I really hope they end up together too, they deserved it after all they've been through.

One thing I found funny is that instead of using subtitles they either made all the Europeans dubbed in Japanese or just straight dressed up Japanese actors in blonde wigs and had them play white characters lmao XD

Hmm, I'll definitely watch the rest of the series, but I wanted to watch this first, because I was attracted to the movie in the first place bc of Sekimizu Nagisa XD so I was wondering if I'd be lost or confused if I didn't watch the rest
