Marry Me! is exactly what you are looking for. It's short (around 20 mins, 10 episodes) and it's very fluffy and wholesome. Both leads are cute and there's no high stakes plot. Not that much skinship though.
I find the animation scenes interesting; I wonder how important they'll be in setting up the story.

Well, we can't assume it's all just jealousy, he seemed friendly in the flashback even when he knew Hibiki and Kurumi were dating. Maybe Hibiki really did betray him?
I swear to God, Kanae is more trouble than the zombies or the creepy army/scientist people, she puts everyone in danger in every episode and has 0 self-awareness.
Also, can't take Yoshine Kyoko as a psycho villain seriously lol she looks... too cute? or maybe that's the point, since it's always the nice looking, trustworthy ones who turn out to be the worst
