Marry Me! is exactly what you are looking for. It's short (around 20 mins, 10 episodes) and it's very fluffy and wholesome. Both leads are cute and there's no high stakes plot. Not that much skinship though.

as someone else said, the animation scenes are reminiscent of It's Okay to be Psycho... which is also an appropriate title for this drama lol. I'm also wondering how the animation ties in to the story.
