For jdramas, it takes time because they're mostly subbed by us fans. We're human beings doing unpaid volunteer for your sake, while juggling lives and jobs and families of our own. And even a short drama takes a lot of effort and time out of our lives to sub, as I can tell from personal experience.
For jmovies, it's even harder bc it takes months for a copy to even make it online or be released as a Blu-ray... Rn, in this case, your best bet is to hope blitz has time to sub it or for Viki to release it officially like with the rest of the series. U can ask blitz what her plans are on twitter or ig.
