this season's Ye Ling'er has no fire or any spunk like the first season. But then the events from the 1st season probably made her calm down a bit perhaps?

can someone explain how did Lanzhu became the NPC but lived in the outside world? Did he become the NPC when he "died / saved" when the box Demon attached him and the bracelet saved him? Or was he always an NPC but somehow he was able to live outside of the game like that psychiatric hospital Dean was trying to do by leaving the game using the player's skin?

I agree that Viki subbing is slow but the subbing quality from them is the best out of any platform you watch these Asian dramas. So if you want accuracy you can wait for a little while longer. With a accurate subbing, you may learn a thing or two of the language. Also the subscription, which I also have, is to bypass any commercials that would air during your episodes not for subbing services.
