The plot was very childish . It was clear that the target audience was teenagers. The first 3 episodes were good and then chaos... I'm 100% sure that even the writers had no idea where the plot was going and that they kept writing dialogues and episodes blindly, with no clear purpose . They had no idea where the heck the plot was going 😅 I loved the actors , I hated the bad writing. So much potential got lost . This drama had a chance to be amazing.

I guess that's how they gonna keep up the viewer's interest . With time traveling in a new era. The weird thing is that Female lead's character isn't in the new season. So does the romance tag mean that he'll fall for an other woman ? Who knows. I guess not because the fans will freak out

The Crowned Clown is my top favourite Historical Korean drama along with Empress Ki. You gonna like Bloody heart for sure , if you liked TCC. Both are full of agony , desperation , massacres and fighting for the throne. Good Vs Evil.
Our 2 Lovers Vs Everyone else who want to bring them down. It shows how "good" people straggled to survive inside the palace , save their loved ones and defend themselves from all the evil ones. Has many similarities with TCC
It's very intense , bloody and phycological. All these mixed up with some romance. It reminds me of "The Crowned Clown" I got that vibe 👍 I'm definitely keep watching
This is NOT a rom-com guys. Don't get fooled from the 1rst episode. It involves a lot of palace politics , betrayals, killings, corrupted officials , assassinations and hidden identities. The 2nd couple's love story is amazing !! This drama is a serious historical. Not a fluffy comedy. Merxat nails his role ! There is a lot of character development. Every word the characters say , has a specific meaning. No scene is pointless . Every sentence counts. I'm 15 episodes in , and I wasn't prepared for how serious and well written this drama would be. It's a hidden gem. Of course it's not too serious like and epic like let's say "Nirvana in fire " or "Rise of the phoenixes" in terms of plot, but it still is very very good and far from being just a rom -comedy for teens. I wish it had 40 eps. It has plenty of plot , beautiful cinematography , expensive looking sets
