This could also be the director's fault and not hers. But I'm not gonna defend her more , since I don't know her as an actress from her previous works.
It's just that.... silly scenes with no sense at all, are not always due to goofy acting . Sometimes it's the script's fault or the team behind the scenes or even the director (who's in hurry and doesn't pay attention in those important details)

How's the rating in other platforms thought ? Is it higher ?

I watched the 2 released episodes. What's up with these low ratings?! lol this drama (so far) is phenomenal. The story is full of suspense. It's heartbreaking and tragic at some points but it also has sweet parts. The acting is very nice from all the leads. The female lead is not annoying (like in other dramas where she's completely childish ). Why the f...k it has only a "7" ?!
Is all that hate because of the love triangle? lol
Who said it's gonna be a love triangle until the end. We're only at the beginning. She'll be forced to choose someone. (Personally I'm team Cha Hyung Bin) hehe xD
But I won't complain if she choose the other guy. This drama is pure art. I won't drop it just because she chose the other male lead

I thought this drama was just an other low budget series and that it won't be good.

BUT ..... it has an amazing story line. Their ill fated love story and the tragic way their lives got entangled are amazing aspects. ❤
The plot is dark and tragic but also sweet and overall well written. It's obvious that writers have put a lot of effort into it. The production didn't have much money but they invest them right and the result is superb.
People say it's a copy from "The game towards zero" K-drama but "Amensalism" is wayyy better than that lol . "The game towards zero" is full of plot holes and female lead acts completely unrealistically. She never actually questions the Male lead's actions or feels insecure about him. In "Amensalism" we can see female lead being scared and insecure towards him (at the beginning) and then slowly she gets to trust him ! They slowly form a strong bond but how far their love can go .... since her life runs out everytime they save a person....

A movie is coming out . It'll be adapted ❤❤

Maybe he erases her memory too or maybe he isn't responsible for all those murders but only for a few. I don't know. I really hope it's just a rumour. I ship the leads together. I wouldn't like to see him being the culprit lol

People who have already read the webtoon novel said the culprit is Baek himself (in comments down below , a few days ago). They said that ...he just doesn't remember what he did as soon as he wakes up. My guess is that it's like he has multiple personality disorder. I don't know if it's accurate. I haven't read the novel. But if it's true , it would be very sad. I love his character and I wouldn't like to see him as the actual serial killer so I really hope it's not true at all

Ah that was a very nice drama. It had the right amount of comedy. Not too much not too little and of course a very handsome male lead. I can't believe this guy was onlý 19 years old. He looked gorgeous lol

Yep, it's just a bad version of "the flames daughter" haha ! I guess it is worse than the flames daughter. But I can explain why I'm saying this.

Two weeks ago it had the name "The killing of three thousand crows" but they changed it . I've watched it until ep8 (because there are no more subs in youtube or in any other site on the internet). The first episode was serious and tragic with intriguing plot , made me think I finaly found a very good drama. After that, from the ep2-8 the male lead acts like a complete jerk. The plot stops progressing and becomes completely silly. Zheng ye Cheng (whom I liked from oriental Odyssy) flirts with many women for all those episodes in order to irritate the female lead. She on the other hand has zero character development. She appears to be completely unable to stand up for herself. She is not strong willed as a person. In every problem she faces , she always needs saving and cries for his help like a kid. He teases her non stop . In conclusion this drama had a great summary when you read it , but as soon as you start watching you'll find it childish and mediocre. It is written for 13yo teenagers ....I guess.... xD
I just hope that after ep 20+ it will become a little more normal so I can finally enjoy it a little

Hello! Thanks for the recommendations and for your time ! I've already watched Novoland castle in the sky and personally I didn't like it very much. The female lead was very childish and immature so I couldn't stand it. I completed it and of course it was a good drama to spend my free time. Also I tried to watch novoland 2 now that is out , but I dropped it and I didn't like it at all. But that's my personal opinion only. I'm sure many people will like those recommendations. It's just that I watch Chinese and korean dramas for a year now and sadly I've covered all the historical /romance / wuxia / fantasy genres and I'm out of good ones lol xD

At least I heard there is a new novel called Pillow Book of Samsara and is the continuation of the story where Dijun and feng jiu have a second child, a daughter. Let's hope they will make an Eternal love of dream season 2 ❤

Yep he's amazing and a true professional in his job. I'm glad he's an actor and not just a model. Also they make a great pair with Dilraba probably because they are friends in their personal lifes too. I wish they will make a second season for Eternal love of dream (20 ep for example) and continue their story since we didn't have the chance to see them as a family together for more than 10 seconds...lol

I loved her acting skills in the historical drama "the crowned clown" (as an empress -main female lead). This drama was also full of suspense, plot twists and action... like this one

I'm at ep6. I absolutely love this drama !!! It's full of suspense. The writting has some flaws but both main leads have geat acting skills and they are a good pair, so they make up for it. Something tells me Dong Baek (male lead) has a dark side in himself. He's an exceptional character

Whaaaat ?! Then they better make an "Eternal love of dream " season 2 immediately. In this drama we didn't have the chance to see the whole family together

Vengo gao's acting in the role of Cheng ye was the most heart breaking part of this drama.
** SPOILER ALERT **
Especially the tragic suicide scene of Chen ye showed us what a tallented and amazing actor Vengo is. His expression was amazing. You could feel all the pain in his heart that led him to suicide and destroy the pointless dream world he had create.

Some people think that the only thing he's capable of is being "the pretty male lead" but that's not true. In tragic scenes his acting is superb

I just finished it ❤ Vengo and Dilraba .....I wish you the best you're both excellent actors!

I don't know what to do with my life now ! I spent the last 2 years waiting for Pillow Book to be released. Now it's over in just 2 months . No other asian drama will ever be as good as Tmopb and Eternal love of dream.
