But Gene already asked Sib what he would have done when they were talking on the phone... Gene asked if he would have broken up with him. Sib said he would never!
So all those things (including that conversation) already happened. I was so confused.
Did anyone else find some weird edits/cuts in this ep? For example the scene where they met up on the balcony the script was obviously from before the parents' talk but it was placed after.
I know the first sunscreen moment was shot later for ad placement but then why not remove the second? Or why not refilm the second and only have that? Just made the second half of the show awk for me....
Then all the stalking? Idk in this ep I didn't find it cute at all. Don't go do anything without me?
The first half was a-1 though! I completely understood Gene's father's misgivings. Both brothers' support was everything !! I love Gene's friendship/ encouragement of Hin.
Although I think there are parts that I find a little uncomfortable, I like that the story doesn't shy away from…
For that last one Sib didn't "act" like he was on the pill. He didn't know that Gene thought that. Gene was researching how to have sex with your boyfriend for the first time (which is what Sib saw on the computer) Gene never said anything until the next day when they were on set.
I think I got 3-4 mins in to this episode before deciding nope. The beginning call didn't even make sense. Why are you smiling after what happened last ep? I forced myself through 1-7 at 2x speed during a moment of nothing better to do. I think the time off between ep 7 and 8 made me realize I clearly lost my mind at that time.

I'm relieved that they did not include this in the show HOWEVER I'm still unsatisfied that they included the kidnapping plot. The entire thing should have been removed. Perhaps he could have found a LEGAL way to get Leo and Fiat together.
