My counter argument;

There is a scene where FL is crying because she is overwhelmed by hospital bills, taking care of her sick grandfather while working both her regular job and keeping her grandfather's diner open after hours. ML comes back into town hugs her. She apologies for crying and getting his coat dirty to which he responds that his whole body is a tissue if she needs it, wipe away!

This ML is just getting better and better.
He knows she is keeping something from him but he trusts that she will tell him when she is ready.

And rising! Really well deserved, its an awesome, relatively stress free drama.

I am so down for this. Can't wait to see my favorite empress again!

Its only briefly explained in the first episode when her seniors are planning to teases her to show the new recruits. She has enough of the six senses to function but not enjoy life. That's why in the beginning she was lazy because slept all the time.
She could hear but not know what is a pleasant sound is, she could see but not discern colours.
