Just an observation, don't be surprised if the rating drops from 8.7 in the future. With highly rated dramas,…
Ratings usually start really high when the show is airing as a lot of people are invested in it and discussing it as it broadcasts (especially if it has idols or popular actors in it). The scores will usually start to fall after it airs as more people who aren't invested try it out without the support of live discussions with other fans. Two or three years down the line is where you really see how good a drama is - if it's still being watched AND rated highly.
It's worth looking at the most popular drama list as opposed to the highest rated.
For a drama that's been out 4 or 5 years and that's still being watched anything over a score of 7 means it's worth a try. Unfortunately people get obsessed with the score and upset when it doesn't reflect how they view a show.
Welcome to MDL! Honestly, MDL is amazing for on-air shows because there are a lot of discussions happening with…
You can still review it after it has finished airing - it might still be airing in some countries. I've had discussions about shows that aired twenty years ago on MDL - it's a review site, you can discuss and review anything you like from whenever. You can say you liked something you can say you hated it - most people will just be glad you gave an opinion. If you find someone who has a similar opinion on a show check out their reviews or their list for ideas on what to watch next. I just watched Thank You and Close Knit - both were great.
We don't address the haters much in this drama's comment section but to be honest, I've definitely been noticing…
That's fine it just seems such a shame for you to only rate this drama, please hang around and participate in the MDL scene. If you think I'm so terrible I would recommend you don't answer me - there really is no need - you can even block me though that would be a shame. "From your comment, it seems you think people do it to counter the haters (which I’m not even aware of ) and ignore some toxic traits in the ML" these were your own words - apologies if I misunderstood them, I thought I was agreeing with you?

Ah! so you thought people were making accounts to give it a 10 because they didn't respect the opinions of people that gave it a low score? I can see why you would think that. Perhaps since you made an account you would care to review other dramas that you liked or didn't like. I am so glad you and the other people who came on to give this show a 10 enjoyed it so much, Please continue to let us know what you enjoy or dislike so we can get an idea of what shows we all might enjoy, or dislike. That's the great thing about review sites over reviews on content provider sites - no one has to pay to review things so they don't have a vested interest.
Well, I’m not a regular drama watcher, however I did watch quite many shows over the year but I had never really…
Gosh no I do appreciate that it's such a good show that so many people are creating accounts to give it a 10 it must have moved you terribly. It has only been rated by nearly 14 hundred people so I can see why you felt the need.

Goodness me! You see they are all against this show, we should all make extra accounts and give it a 10. It's just a TV program what does it matter if he's toxic eh?
Well I was just looking at the reviews and saw loads of 10s for this ...strangely of the 5 I clicked on 3 had only watched this show. Gosh chaps 8.7 is too low better redress the damage all the haters have done eh? See people are willing to make accounts just to give it a 10 cos it's that good! All you lot out there baulking at toxic male leads and such just need to wind your necks in and give it a chance.
On the back off this article I've rewatched Close Knit and You're So Precious To Me. Whilst i enjoyed them both again CK impressed mine more than on the first watch, an excellent film.
Ridiculous arse - I could go into all the ways this panders to the usual misogynistic tropes but I really can't be bothered. I barely got to half way before I dropped it, I couldn't bear to see the girl in the fridge go through more abuse before yet another unconvincing fight. I suppose they at least kept the girl moving from fridge to fridge to provide some difference.
you're welcome , go watch it then, it was just a big no for me
Just not my bag that one, cute is nice but I like a story to hang it on and I HATE strong female leads who turn to wimps in like less than an episode. Crime fighting discus girl to 'rescue me' from everything, and I can't even talk to my boss. The mum was good though.

I saw your review of Hospital Playlist after commenting - I'm still laughing! Thanks. :) I'm looking forward to your next review - that's what I love about this site honest reviews rather than the lead is cute so 10!
