Good review - I dropped it at 23 episodes with a great deal of FF getting me that far. Shame as the start really was good

It's just Korean story telling short hand to indicate they are fated for each other. Like the break up and get back together trope.

I like the leads as actors but the whole con, ostentatious wealth and thriller thing isn't really my bag. Finishing this therefore was an uphill struggle the material was unequal to and the leads inadequate compensation for. I got about 3 episodes in and then gave up.

Don't see people getting all judgey when people post a 10 review off of a single episode but...
I didn't get through the first episode after trying twice I may try again in a couple of months but I doubt it

I was skipping on episode 2 so well done for getting to 7

Oddly tedious

Well I was hoping for a Glory type FL but 3 episodes in I have already given up on that idea - walking plot device comes to mind...

But also, perhaps, an apposite reminder of exactly how powerful the media is as a propaganda tool - even for just stoking controversy for publicity

I feel you - It's always worth a try though even if not your bag, just in case it is special enough to keep you watching. I have no problem with FFing past stuff that doesn't interest me like the second couple's story arc in loads of Dramas or the medical stuff in medical dramas. As long as the main story or couple can pull me along.
I mainly add the "it's not my bag" so people know I'm biased.

Characters are sort of interesting but the law stuff bores me to FF land
