There are a lot of assumptions going on here.
If it makes you feel better I didn't particularly enjoy Season3 of Killing Eve either and I only managed the first season of Lost in Space (I came to it late). I recently rewatched The End of the Fucking World which is a great bit of TV but I'm STILL struggling to finish Season 6 of The Expanse. I rewatched the BBC Pride and Prejudice (the Colin Firth one) and still revelled in it I have the Persuasion mini series as well but I'm saving it. I find it very hard to replace the Asian Romantic Comedies with western ones they are always leaping into bed far too quickly or are just too American for me but relatively canon Jane Austen works.
Is it comforting that I also struggle with other regions or is it worse? Sorry 🥹

Reset, The Kidnapping Day, Love Like The Galaxy, Crazy Love, The Glory for a few but you are right I've definitely been leaning towards the 'don't like it' side of things. 2016-19 are probably my most enjoyed years - I've completed 123 dramas from that period and I rarely finish what I don't like. 2020-24 I've only managed 44
Ikr, as I'm rewatchingI just wanna take bosong and run away
Ones that I can watch over and over - Goblin, My Mister, J & K versions of Mother (K is an easier watch but J is a stunner), Love Like the Galaxy though I rarely finish pt II, Fox's Summer again Pt II fizzles, Oh! My Lady, Boku Dake ga Inai Machi. And Yours?
It hasn't aged well has it? It was one of my first Kdramas and so many of the tropes were new to me when I watched it but the Jerk lead got old really fast. I was glad I persisted as it got better as it went along but I've never managed to rewatch more than an episode or two since, so I never reach the 'good bits' which probably colours my opinion a fair bit.
Well I'm enjoying the first few episodes but once again finding the aesthetic work on a Lead's face slightly unnerving. Obvious surgery is not appealing for me personally and can stop me watching but fortunately that isn't the case here (apart from the paralysis). It's the fact that she looks like someone else but with familiar features that throws me - like something went wrong in the pod before she was replaced.
Any road up she looks young and pretty which I suppose is the desired effect and the show is quite fun so far and it has cute kids which is always a win for me.
Part I was OK ish but lots of belief suspension required. Pt II was defo worse for me it went from survival horror to Lord of the Flies. I skipped through the last couple of episodes.
Thank you! I have been looking at it in my dropped folder and wondering if I should have another go at finishing…
4 years later I have finally dragged myself to the frustrating finish (with a great deal of help from the FF button). I seriously began to think that at least the FL had some sort of developmental problem she was soooooo awkward. By the time I FF'd to the end credits I really didn't care anymore and was actually disappointed when they got back together. Even in a dry period of desperation don't bother watching this mawkish, maudlin, meandering mishmash of pantsness.
Thank you for a great synopsis and for saving me having to watch the last few episodes. I was enjoying it with suspended brain cells right up to the bomb in the office which was too wut?? to cope with.
try watching based on the ranking here and see if you like the top ones.
Out of the top 10 Blossom and LGiEF are the only ones I haven't tried. Don't mind me I'm just fussy. My list of On Hold and Dropped is twice as big as my Watched list. I've voted for the ones I completed and found some to try in the list, thanks for putting it together.

And Yours?
Well that and the ability to overcome your investment hang ups.
