So glad Lee Sung Kyung is confirmed. I would have been so bitter if she wasn't going to be in season 3. Still would have watched it, but I wouldn't have been happy while doing it lol. I don't really care about Ahn Hyo Seop or Yoo Yeon Seok, but if Seo Hyun Jin and Lee Sung Kyung could be in this season together, that would be amazing. I'm hoping So Ju Yeon will return too!

I am sorry if I'm telling you something you already know, but this is not the first time Jung Hae In has branched out. He previously did D.P. which is one of my favorite dramas of all time and anything but a rom com. It's really good. So if you're excited for this, I would check D.P. out too.

I don't know if this was a coincidence or not, but at the beginning, where he flicks her in the head and she leaves, he stays and watches the game after acknowledging that she's pissed. But one of the players in the game got a red flag and he gets upset saying that the player didn't even do anything. I thought that was pretty coincidental with the actual plot lol.

I also was not happy with that elevator scene. After two episodes where they focused heavily on sexual assault, they just go straight to a classic k drama scene that is really questionable? That scene in any other drama where they weren't talking about sexual assault, I could probably just look past. But, with this scene in this drama? It makes me wonder what the writer was thinking. Plus, he doesn't seem like a character to cross a line like that and she doesn't seem like a character that would let anyone hold her hand like that. The writing is really confusing me.

You didn't?? It's a well done lesbian couple that you should definitely check out. If you find the main couple interesting that's even better, but for me I just skipped past everything to get to the gay parts. It's really good.

I don't know if anyone will see this but I don't know where else to ask this question. Does anyone know how Korean people reacted to the lesbian relationship in this drama? Frankly, that was the only interesting part of this drama and I can't stop thinking about how good it would be to see more of this. I know Korean dramas have been on a bit of a BL kick recently, but as a woman and someone that isn't too interested in men, I really want to see Korean GL dramas. So, I just wanted to know how Koreans reacted to the lesbian couple in this drama so I can see if they're becoming more progressive and there may be a chance to start producing GL dramas anytime in the future. Thank you to anyone that answers this.

It is a slow burn, but I wouldn't say it drags out. It keeps you watching. :) if you decide to watch it, I hope you enjoy.
(btw. it does say 32 eps here but it is the same thing as a 16 episode drama. since usually 16 episode dramas have an episode duration of about an hour and some minutes, a 32 episode drama is just two times the episodes with half of the episode duration. so it is around 30 minutes per episode. but, even with "32 episode" dramas, two episodes at a time are usually put together and it becomes a 16 episode drama! hope that made sense)

This was written beautifully. I loved it :) I love the way Sang Woo was written as a complex and interesting character. But I hate Sang Woo as a character lol

honestly who would care about nabi and jae eon when we have lesbians? i certainly don't. i'm only watching for the gay couple at this point. and they better smooch at least once or i'm suing the people that made this drama for emotional damages.

disclaimer!! i love this drama the way it is now but the beginning of the 7th episode had me brainstorming an alternate universe.
lemme tell you how i would make this drama and how it would be 10x better than what it is now. make it all about the gay side characters (if korea doesn't start making more mainstream gay dramas after this then i don't even know what to say. stop beating the dead hetero horse and give us something to feast on!!!! give us gay yearning!!!!!). lol. ok but no. but yes but no i have another idea. so same setup. nabi is jae eon's senior in school still. and nabi still has that childhood friend. nabi has the same ex and still meets jae eon at the bar. it will still be a 10 ep drama. for the first 5 eps it will be from jae eon's pov. what the drama will try to be selling to the audience is that these two really like each other and they're hooking up a few times and everything looks fun and nice. but right at the end of the 5th episode there will be a classic k drama cliff hanger where suddenly the drama lets the audience know that the whole time nabi wasn't interested in jae eon at all and was just sleeping with him and that it was jae eon's perspective skewing the truth the whole time. he was actually border line stalking nabi and she was extremely uncomfortable. she had just slept with him a couple times because why not and then he started to creep her out.
basically the first half of the drama is jae eon's delusion and at the end of the 5th ep is when it starts to crack. and the last half of the drama switches to nabi's pov and it shows jae eon's delusion falling apart as nabi explores a relationship with her childhood best friend (also. i don't really like the childhood best friend in this drama but in my rendition he wouldn't be very important. he would just be a plot device. nabi would be interested in him and jae eon would feel threatened by him, making his obsession worse). at this point jae eon's obsession with nabi would be getting more serious and dangerous. obviously this would not end with jae eon and nabi getting together. i just think it would be so fun watching this drama. i really like nabi as a character so she would be the main focus.
i would really enjoy this drama so much more if it was something similar to what i described. i do know a drama that might interest you if you liked the sound of this. a japanese drama called perfect crime. would reccomend.

ok why are the two men that are chasing na ji na treating her like an object? it's getting out of hand. firstly, making a metaphor out of hyun gyu wanting joo ik's "car" where ji na is obviously the car. all this talk about stealing her from each other. and joo ik asking her if she thinks he can win her. like a damn prize. it's getting ridiculous. what year are we in again? i don't like any of these men. ji na deserves better lol.

also the 13th episode has me wanting a patient/doctor drama with park bo young and seo in guk. there chemistry during her check up sequence was so good!

these shows are so stressful to watch. i always end up feeling so bad for the contestants. my personal ranking for round one was btob in first place and sf9 in second. the rest of the groups were so good and equally matched that there is no way i could rank them. so far i love the performances so much. i don't know if my heart can take any more anxiety from watching this show though.

praying every night for kim seul gi to get a lead role paid off. i'm so happy!!!
