I expected both the male lead and the plot to be more intriguing. Now all I see is this male lead act like a 'gentleman' and the story turning out to be like a story for kids. The story so far seems to be bereft of any intense chemistry, passion, desires etc. It is also bereft of cool action scenes & superpower show-off by the male lead in most episodes --- except a few. But I will definitely continue watching this drama hoping that things will get interesting 😅

But now, after watching the ending, I find the ending rushed(like you said). But it seems as if it could be a happy ending? I don't know... They seem to be talking while in another realm... I guess I'll rewatch it once more.
Mr shen looks so good with that long loose hair and short hair strands framing the sides of his face and forehead. Mr Shen looked even more younger and quite cool in dishevelled mode! Personally, I think, if he likes long hair, how about sporting that dishevelled- long hair- look instead of the funny braid -at the back -look? 😆The dishevelled look gels well with his true self, and suits him well... 😍
Ep 10 was heartbreaking. I never expected to see Mr Shen become that vulnerable. I thought he might hold it in. But I guess it's difficult for anyone in that state to hold in their sorrow... ☹️
Oh I simply enjoyed ep 8! I replayed the scene where Mi Lan visits Mr Shen's bedroom and sniffs his body and stops at the point where she is hovering above his lips. I just enjoyed listening to the whole bgm played over and over during that entire clip! It's so beautiful to listen to. Wonder whether that particular bgm will be available for download later.
