I don't find anything wrong with the voice of the female lead. I find it adorable & cute. Usually, the pattern I noticed in Cdramas is that female leads tend to use baby voice around their loved ones like their loving parents or relatives or teachers or mainly around their lovers or husbands. I quite like this pattern. It happens in real life too. Why should the female lead use the serious voice, appear all intellectual in front of her loved ones when she has the freedom to be deliberately or unintentionally silly, naive or stupid in front of them especially if her loved ones like her lover or potential husband doesn't mind it?
