This is a lovely drama! yes the plot is predictable but nice acting from the main leads against this beautiful rural background. It's perfect for when you want some no-brainer light watch with some heartwarming moments sprinkled in.

it's a really good drama, didn't think I would like all that much at first but it deals with "craziness" and violence in a relationship in a acceptable way. I don't see many dramas using these as a theme in Korea (with the sprinkles of comedy I mean and being a bit lighter and all that) so I think it's a good start overall. The characters and their growing affection and developing relationship was great too. I like the comedy aspect too. So not bad at all.

it's really good! nice development, touching stories in all episodes and, the ml is a delight and fl is a certified badass with a tragedy back story as it was to be expected. Mr Lim too, his story was surprising to me but you could see him changing for the better after he got his closure. I just think there was something missing in the way they wrapped up ryeon and jung Gil's story, Idk what exactly... well I guess I just wished there was a way to change the fate of the people who commited suicide and restore their threads, but that's asking for too much I suppose, so sad...
but it's a great watch.

Amazing history, just my type of drama. Good acting, good development on the characters, interesting plot, it keeps things not so complicated as not to get lost in the political side too much, but it's not too heavily focused on just the romance aspect either, it just has a bit of everything. Definitely unforgettable and a masterpiece. 10/10

I really liked this drama even though it resorts to common plot devices (seen in other of the genre) but since I'm a sucker for this type of drama what can I say?
Though I have to say one of the highlights is that they kept yunhe's character consistent, always selfless and strong, even when at her weakest point, and despite their first misunderstanding at the cliff, and chang yi putting on a poor act of pretending to hate her without trying all that much, it was very clear for even a stranger he could never actually harm her, chang yi was too gone for her for that.

Support characters were also a delight to watch, good development there too.

Shunde obviously was that cliche villain we just love to hate.

Really good! That's how you do it a show like this with this kind of theme. It really goes to show how people like meng meng are just statistics to society, it depicts well this sad but well jnown true fact. It's easy to tell a person who witness sexual harassment to not hide and come up with the evidence, but would the same people do the same and not fear for their lifes for retaliation, if they were seen? Yeah, no way they wouldn't. Hypocrites.

The main characters are really good too, amazing act on their part. Also awesome chemistry. I like how shiqing is always acting rashly and then heyun holds her back a little, it was a good move to have someone who's more emotional and someone who's more rational to balance each other out towards finding the truth and stop the bombing from happening, it's smart cause if they both acted without thinking the ending couldn't have happened the way it did, most likely. Or if both were super rational too, maybe they wouldn't be too interested in saving everyone after many failed attempts like he showed inclination in doing at first, they both have flaws and quality which both work for their common goal. Plus some subtle romance doesn't hurt, maybe even helps too somehow (like he would let shiqing continue on her own like she wanted and she said she would always be by his side so...). 100% recommended.

So beautiful, so touching! I know how those types of drama are made to be angsty, epic and dramatic which I appreciate, but I feel like it wasn't over the top and done well in that regard for the most part. I've watched xu kai before, but this another level of his acting, and the female lead has a lot of potential too, a wonderful pairing in all aspects indeed. Secondary couple also delivered a good storyline, and I like the pararels between them and shang gu and bai jue at the end. Also their son is actually cute! Not always you see dramas like this focusing on the couple's child so much. Wu Huan got a bit tiring, but it's the usual villain story more or less, and pls mu guang yes so in decisive I'm glad he grew a spine at the end, though I still liked him I wouldn't mind a less painful ending for him, but she certainly got what she deserved.Despite Bai jue' sacrifice which was to be expected after her own first, it was so touching how she waited for him for hundred of years and got her wish at the end. They deserved after everything they've through and it was only sensible ancestral god recognized this. Anyway I love good happy endings that make sense. Really recommend it.

Really a good drama. While it has many themes common to other dramas of the same genre, the plot it's weaved nicely. The characters are generally strong, and you aren't left guessing for long what their next steps are, it's fast paced so that a plus, always. The political and power struggle parts doesn't take up much more than necessary plot which is great, just enough. Xu Feng nian was delightful and Jiang ni, well I think yeah she serves the plot well considering who she is, but I feel like she can develop for better in the next season, as well as the male lead, cause he might have to choose between her and beiliang and I really want to see how his pleasing both parts mentality will fare. Definitely recommend.

Title Yumi's Cells Spoiler
Really good. And although for being a drama with a different premise, I still expected that ending cause it made sense given the whole context, from beginning to end, it was cohesive and realistic.
I can see the relationship working out and being mended if woong had given just as much as yumi in regards to be open about his feelings, many times he held himself back (even though he felt love like she did), as opposed to yumi who went out in all showing how much he was her priority. But also I get the point of putting yourself first if it's about being practical, but when it comes to relationships it's complicated cause it's mostly emotional.
And now I think she will have something with bobby next season? Well, guess we wait and see.

I'm ok she ended up with wu ji and all, but why spend half of the series focusing on xin Yue and her supposedly undying love for mo xun then other than to prove how true love can be incredibly selfless? Yeah I know that, but poor mo xun... was kinda hoping there for a while wuji would die and mo xun would help her raise their child together, since apparently the only reason he rejected her feelings was bc he couldn't give her a family, so that would be out of the way since she already had a kid, but anyway I do like wuji and xin Yue together they had great chemistry for sure, I'll give that. But I just wish we were more clear on what the future holds for mo xun and his deserved happiness. He was the most selfless character of the whole drama so at least I hope he got that.

I loved it! It was much better than I expected for a drama from 2013, but it was really nice. Both leads were great and delivered great chemistry, and now I should probably go and rewatch vagabond one of these days after this.
I just think they allowed the bad guy to live and plot his schemes for much longer than they were supposed to, but then it's was also 24 eps back then instead the usual 12/16 eps of today, so understandable. Though I'm glad I was right in my initial prediction that chung Jo would kill him, not kang chi.
Also I was pleasantly surprised kang chi gave up on revenge, and happy his parents got a happy ending more or less. I knew she would kill herself to heal wol ryung *sigh*
Overall an enjoyable drama with good life lessons some of which you might have seen elsewhere, but still I think it pretty much stands the test of time. Definitely recommended.

This drama it's so beautiful! It really captures the essence of the time and the people who lived back at then. I was kinda guessing the end though when I learned an older actor would play him but she didn't have an older actress listed, and after all it's called the youth of may for a reason I guess... :/ I wish she hadn't died (it was the old self-sacrificing trope I get it *sigh*) but at least hee tae got the closure he need to move on, and myung hee would have wanted that, absolutely.

Such a lovely story, so cute! it certainly had many cliches but I don't care as long as it works and it fits the plot nicely, I still enjoyed. The characters were also well developed, and they grow thanks to the plot, so another good point. A feel good drama all in all.

I finished this some days ago but I have to say... while I don't particularly care for the main cp cause yes I think reba has better chemistry with other actors, but the story wasn't not cliche at all about revenge, it reminded me of mei changsu wanting justice and not revenge in NIF, but really she did well and had a nice development and I kept wanting to hate the emperor but couldn't. He was really very likeable and not all like a villain. And leo wu was really good too, I can see why they chose him for the role.

Title Rattan Spoiler
I really enjoyed this series. The actors did an amazing job, I had already watched zhang bin bin in other dramas before but never modern, and jing tian it was my first time watching her, I could definitely watcher her again in the future in other dramas.

The sceneries and natural feel of this show was something very unique I feel, very good to complement the plot. I think it's kinda predictable how si teng just wanted to become human and be a regular person though, but I get it, growing up the way she did, suffering cause she was always despised for being an alien mutation by the very man who created her... but in the end I think she fully accepted who she is, with qin fang's help ofc.

I really like an interconnected plot like this too, no loose ends, no useless character just taking space. Although I understand that yan furui was more like a comical relief and to help them when needed, still he and qiankun were kind annoying sometimes, and I just didn't like the ep where they were the only ones who appeared, basically, which also brings me to point where I think bai ying's story dragged a bit, not much, but could've been resolver faster.

And yes she did in fact accelerated her mutation so she could meet qin fang again, but at least the original ending made more sense. Cause why would si teng leave him in the alternative ending and then he goes back to look for her and twenty years later they are together? Wasn't she dying originally? No explanation for what happened, after she left him. But I still like they ended up together, but in different ways in both situations. And the girl was very clever to choose the gift, would have been too much for her to handle indeed. I also wonder what happened to bai ying... maybe she could come back a better person later, who knows.

Anyway a great drama, some things here and there that could've been left out, but still good.
