I feel a bit bothered by episode 13 im almost through with it and while i understand Han yan point of view i just don't like her attitude torwards defending her family. It comes off as a bit self righteous and selfish. I think she lacks empathy for her mother and her situation - she tells Fu that without a home what else is there for her? Well what about her mother's home ? What about her legs? And the house she married into is a lions den. If bringing everyone to justice brings her peace then so be it. Idk if id want to force my mom to live with that so you can a real home. Will she truly be happy? If everyone else was gone maybe but if the crimes are even heavier of Pei da Fu then no one is getting out of this case.
It is frustrating that no one is telling her the whole story too. She thinks this is just a setup by her mom and Fu to unjustly frame and close the case ...and yeah they did influence some events but she really doesn't know the full picture. I don't think its right to just make bold assumptions against Fu and the mom. When dad kinda admitted to be affiliated with Pei. Her intentions are to save her family not to find out the truth.
After Watching episode 12, i just have mixed feelings about the FL attempting to thwart the moms plans. At times i feel like she is so bent on achieving her idea of a family that she isnt paying attention to her mother's warning or suffering. Losing her family is enough but it doesn't seem like it ended there. The dad is definitely the big fosh here

After a few episodes im liking this drama but is it just me or it feels a bit fast paced at times. It reminds me of web drama production the way people are introduced and the way FLs agenda is revealed
