Not long ago, i finished watching Doctor Prisoner, and one of the plot spoilers to say so, is one of the characters having Huntington disease! Very good medical revenge drama to watch while waiting for Love is Panacea! I also wonder tho why they haven't aired it yet...

:))) It's funny how some of your are still optimistic that this will air, even after the popularity of TTEOTM. My bet would be that tencent will keep their bl adaptions on the shelf for this year again ( and this includes donghua's also such as Thousand Autumn and Scrum Villain.
We will know for sure if the restrictions are actually lowered if youku will ever get the permission to continue airing Justice in the Dark, which i am pretty sure they are radio silence with the hiatus because they are being told to shut it. I'll return to my seclusion and pray for the best:)))

I would bet Winner is King to air soon. Actor Li Hong Yi is a pretty hot actor at the moment after Wulin and Blood of youth so unless Tencent is truly an idiot (big possibility!!!!) they will air it before end of April. Unless someone gets into another scandal....-__-.

Eternal faith...no chances this year with so many productions issues those guys had; maybe 2024 if we are lucky!

And immortality:)))) unless someone pulls some strings and airs all episodes in one go, i think we can cultivate to nirvana with no issues in our way:))) Of course, during cultivating we can always do our daily checks over here:))) it helps to strengthen our core!

This is one drama where all actors just know what they are doing! And believe me when i say that it's rare for this to happen! No meaningless romance, all thriller at the end of every episode that made me binge it all! I don't know what rating this had when it aired, but i never see it recommended to be watched which is a shame. The portrayal of Na Yi Jie was a one of a kind, and it's superb how he is serving revenge and getting everyone involved in his game of cards!

I might be wrong since I haven't completely read the novel ( and don't think i ever will), but from what i skipped thro, in the novel it's kinda implied that Korn kinda makes Kim his actual second hand, like he is prepping Kim to be the 3rd secret force in the organization, more ruthless and who keeps both the major and minor families in place. The drama tho...they changed so many things that you never know in what direction they actually go to. From the snippets I was able to read from the second novel, it's hard to predict if Kim is actually a spy in favor of Korn or if he is double playing everyone and is at Kinn's side.

Anyone who read the novels and that could spoil Pakin's story? I read online that the novel's name is Try Me, but I cannot find any information of it in english:( After seeing him so mentioned in LITA, I wanna see more of him, maybe even a continuation of this one!

Probably bad English translation ( as they tend to do with most title translations) since the Chinese one is LangYa Bang - the ranking of LangYa, which is the ranking that bought the attention to the MC from the other princes that were competing for the throne.

Bittersweet realistic end, not tragic, but not happy either. One of the male character dies, but that was a given considering his health issues. There is slight to no romance in the drama between female and male character, so don't watch this if you are looking for romance. It's mostly bromance, political plotting, check-mate type of drama that keeps you captivated.

Ahh, unfortunately, the drama doesn't follows the novel exactly, reason of why Fei Liu way of acting is not explained. If I remember right, in his past, when he was a small normal child, he was stolen away from his family and poisoned. Since he was saved by MCS and healed by Lin Chen, so I would say it's not the actor's acting (the actor is actually really good if you check his better known dramas), but how he needed to portray a sticky child who is mentally ill that protects the one he saved him. Too bad the drama left these details out..

Anyone who has any information regarding the 3rd season? Re-watching season 1 has been my comfort for quite some time now:D. I know that it was announced last year that there will be one, but can't find more information while using Google Translate:))) Interested to know which plot and what generation they will concentrate on!

The more they delay it, the more chances of it being shelved for years with dust to sit on it...Hope Tencent realizes that the longer they wait for the "things to quiet down", the more time the government has to put more laws against airing dramas such as this...They should just air it quietly, 6 eps per day for every day so that it airs all episodes fast and without much fanfare from fans. Also..the least we trend, the better! So i hope people will stop trending it on both international and Chinese social platforms..

Don't know how the live action will do it, but main character in novel is Xiao Se. But Lei Wu Jie has also alot of action in the novel but that action happens mostly around Xiao Se who he swears to protect (plus some bits about his romance with YeRuoYi and family related story). The summary that mydramalist has is a bit weird but who know..maybe the director will not go the novel route and change things.

Finished watching it all and I don't regret ever starting it! Gotta love dramas where there isn't much accent on romance. Only thing that could have improved it, was the fighting action of XFN, but I guess that that's why it will have more seasons.

I will for sure continue to watch it when i have time! The drama mentioned was Zhao Ge https://kisskh.at/22348-zhao-ge And as for the scandal, well, it involved ZZH, the main actor, who was cancelled by the government...because of visiting a museum in Japan that had anti china war stuff inside..or something like that...Great production that will never air for the next few years for sure, unless they censor the main actor and CGI his face..

:))) I've started Joy of Life but life hit me strong this new year and it stopped me from going over episode 4, which i can say, i enjoyed quite alot! My only issue with most romances in Chinese dramas, is that they make the female lead act stupid in many occasions. It's always starts good and then bam! They make her a damsel in distress, taking bad decisions until the end of the drama. Otherwise, I am ok with romances also, costume drama or not.:))) Unfortunately, no reccs from me:))) Or well...maybe Longest day in Chang an! That one was a golden one! I was also waiting for Zhao Ge, but alas...that one will be on the shelf for eternity after the scandal one actor had... I would love some recs also, even with romance, but smart acting characters:)))

As someone who loved NIF and doesn't enjoy romance, but more friendship and brotherhood theme, would this be good to watch? That romance tag..always makes me go back to my list and watch choose another drama.
