I truly do hope you are right! I hope that the drama will be a complete success that isn't expected; just like Word of Honor was. It will all depend on the production team because now we know that they can work with a low budget as long as the actors are good for their roles! I will start reading Peerless soon, just to get a glimpse at Yan Wushi if he appears hehe! Also!! I didn't knew there will be extras released!!

Their edit of Killer and Healer was...shady in most parts...which is so bad considering that the plot of the drama was very nice!So true!! I also hope they will give this drama a good budget and a good promotion! They deserve it so much! I am absolutely in love with how the relationship between A-Qiao and Yan Wushi changes after around chapter 90! It would get a BL fan's favorite if they play their cards well and do it justice! Have you heard any news about if they will do a season 2 for the donghua?

I know that most praises are for the main leads(and for right reason as they were wonderful in their role), but I have to admit that I loved the actors that played Scorpion King, A-Xiang, Wei Ning and Beauty Ghost! Hope to see them in more costume dramas and especially in main roles. I'll be honest and say that when i saw the age of the actor that plays Scorpion king, It was totally unexpected! He looks 10 years younger than his real age!

So disappointing to read and translate what Chinese watchers say about this postponement... Just read a few and people saying stuff like: "thunder is loud and the rain drops are small"or that they will prefer to don't even watch it when it airs because they believe that it's unjust that the drama hasn't aired! I mean...nobody in the team ever said a release date. Even 8 and 15 April are just rumored dates. Douban is also not a reliable website for release dates as I saw many animes there having release date in 2023 when they already aired for a few days before...

Something is for sure...If It doesn't air this month, it will be delayed until after end of August or even possibly next year. Olympics will take place in July-August and it's possible that at the TV there will be mostly talk about it and also, the no-costume-drama rule for 3 months ...The Golden Hairpin is also up to air soon after Long Ballad...I believe that the reason they don't air it this month, that it's possible for the drama to need to be censored more... Especially since it needed to pass another trial for censorship...

Probably not. They might air it as they do with long ballad now. The engsub is only on youtube and not on wetv. Or maybe we are lucky and they put it at the same time on wetv as they did with The Untamed

Actually yes, Tencent also does that:)) Untamed didn't had a trailer released when it aired all of the sudden, didn't even had poster released until 12 hr before they released episodes. Immortality is a highly anticipated drama, so maybe there is hope that we will have a trailer before episodes start dropping..Maaaybeee
