I cannot really feel your pain here because I entered the fandom after TLT2 aired, so I was able to indulge into binge watching all season without waiting:)) I haven't checked online how long did the production lasted for both of the seasons to make a fair comparison because of course the longer a production is being worked on, the best it will be, but as per visual effects, in my opinion, out of all seasons, TLT2 and The Sea Sand would be high up in the pyramid, Ultimate note following close on 3rd or 4th place, depending how the consistency will last through out the season.

After only 4 episodes watched, I can say that Joseph plays a real good Wu Xie! You can tell that he studied either the books or the drama with Neo Hou because the mannerism is spot on! Production wise tho, I do think it's not on par with TLT2 because the camera angles and the voice sync are not so good in some parts. Bromance 100% and mystery 1k%:)) Cannot wait to watch more because the story is captivating!

For me it shows that episode 1&2 are free and the rest are for VIP. Episodes 3&4 to be unlocked today. BUT! I have chatted with someone from here that said the same about a different drama that airs on IQIYI website, and they have the same issue. We reached the conclusion the episodes can be region locked to North America. I am from Eastern Europe now, and the episodes are unlocked for me. Anyone from other regions that have this issue?

Anyone who has any news of this drama? Every time I search the name in Chinese, I always find The Lost Tomb 2...Only on Douban I see this poster and even there, people who comment are confused as to what this is..

From my understanding it's not about a drama but an animation of some sorts, or at least that's how it's labeled on Douban

I have saw many phantom pages regarding "dramas"where I cannot find any information in neither English or Chinese websites. This one, as we all know, has a novel and a donghua which has season 1 in 2020 on BiliBili YT Channel. Has anyone bought the rights for a live-action or what?:))) The only confirmation we have is a season 2 for the animation and that's all, unless I am missing something.

I cannot find any information about this except a novel...Not even on Douban. Are we sure this drama will exist?:D

Hope this will make up a surprise and air all of the sudden like The Wolf has done, after so many years! Haven't thought of that...tho it's weird if they did this..I am tempted to try a VPN and check if they lock it for me also:D Edit: I actually installed a VPN and used a North America IP and it still works! Just in case the VPN was faulty, i also checked Fun Animation website which was previously blocked for my region, and it worked as well. Curious..why it doesn't work for you:(

Started the drama because i ran out of good shows to watch...Overall...Let's just say that i am sad to see a good production turn kinda mediocre because of very cringe humor. I would characterize this as being a short and bad version of Sleuth of Ming Dynasty(which in my opinion had all round likable characters with a solid plot). The only likable character is Long Yao for me, and even he could have been developed better. Plot is mehh and predictable. Anywho, it's a short drama and watchable if you have a lazy day to spare and are in the mood for: some action, some "mysterious"plot, meaningless deaths and some cringey comedy.

Haven't checked in regards of Ruyi drama, but both this drama and Silent Criminal are releasing normally for non-VIP. Silent Criminal has all episodes available and for Psych we have 8 episodes free. But i am speaking about the international website, not about the app which i have yet to check.

Hmm... trailer makes it seems like a tragedy, so I will wait and see some reviews before watching this one. For anyone who knows Chinese, the episodes are all already available on the chinese website IQIYI. The international website only has the trailer for now, so no subs.

A drama that had so much potential considering the production and actors to have such an ending...I don't advise anyone to watch this or continue to watch it! A waste of time! A typical chinese ending: good at the first few episodes, mediocre middle, terrible ending with no substance. Why wasn't this tagged with tragedy?? I'll stop watching dramas until I know of their ending. So much drama in real life that it's meaningless to watch it when you want to just relax home..

Hi! Sorry for the late reply! I cannot say if it will have a Happy ending though. I only watched 8 episodes so far and in this 8 episodes Shao is very amusing as a character. Better wait until the drama finishes airing and if it has a HE, watch it then:)

I am actually surprised how good it is. Granted, I only watched 2 episodes for now, but i love the characters, the story line and the fact that we have a SMART female lead! Hope it will maintain the good pace and keep the characters as they are! Edit: Ok, so I have watched all 8 episodes that are out for now so I finally found some characters to dislike like the son of the Grand Princess. Also, I was..let's say.. surprised by the marriage of the Prince with the younger sister:D The plot so far seems not that heavy, many political aspects on who to be the future emperor, and a mild romance. I still love the elder sister!
