I like the change from the novel. He can move on from the past. He now has SZ and their beautiful future.
I felt like he was going to say it at his mother's grave but decided not to in the end and let fate decide.
To be honest I don't mind how it played out in the novel because I can resonate how he truly feels and a part of him can't forgive or resented his father for not being responsible for his mistake.

SZ parents will eventually accept DJX. They were just worried for SZ and because of DJX family bg. If they follow the novel then they will accept DJX into their family and they even love him like their own son (maybe even more than SY 🤣🤣)
In the novel DJX express and said that he didn't want his father to meet his mother on the other side...
But in the Drama they didn't have him said it, although it felt like he wanted to say it in the drama but it felt like he just respected and let fate decide.
In the novel it also feels like DJX still resented his father even when he dies (I can understand why he would tbh)
But in the drama it felt like he has in his own way forgiven him.
The scene when SZ father had that talk with DJX, I feel sorry for DJX to be honest...
Then the scene where SZ called DJX to want to check if he's okay, which you can tell how insecure she was when she was talking to him because she really is afraid that it will be the end to their relationship made me feel teary...
And don't get me started at the airport scene, I literally did cried! 😭
I'm starting to think they did it on purpose because for people to renew their monthly VIP because if they air…
I am traumatized when it comes to TTEOTM. I am at the point where I can't see any photo or pic of TTEOTM because it is really triggering for me..
I was mad because I paid for the subscription and renewed it on the last episode of TTEOTM but in the end that story as well as the ending was a huge disappointment for me towards the later half of the story and a huge slap to the face (I feel so sorry for TTJ, he deserves so much better in the drama than what he got with that crappy ending).
There's still other dramas like The Snow Eagle, which I am planning to watch after I'm done with Hidden Love and then resume watching Here we meet again lol.

I don't mind watching on official platform to support the drama on my end. So I am more than happy to support Back from the Brink back then and this drama now. The only regret for me was for TTEOTM since at the end of the day that drama was a slap to the face and a huge disappointment for long time fans who waited for that drama.

P.S. I DISAGREE TO THOSE WHO SAID HMH & ZY DON'T HAVE CHEMISTRY!
From the casts on set to the fans who's seen the drama all complimented and said that HMH and ZY had chemistry.
In the end of the day, chemistry is subjective, it may not work for you like it will for other people.
