I guess it's the translators preference on how they like to translate it to English.

In the end as long as the context is not too far out and the message gets portrayed to those who don't understand the language than its still better than machine translation.

I guess it is subjective to how one see that word in Chinese and translators preference then.

For me I personally see it as Demon Dragon(double noun). Just how I interpret and understood that word in Chinese when it is being said.

No problem. BFTB doesn't have the best English translation for the subtitles since I've picked up a few errors on my end when watching the episodes to be honest 😅

Correct translation should be Demon Dragon since the word used is 妖龍

I don't know why they translate to English like that since to me the correct translation for 妖龍 is 'demon dragon'
