TY was sneaky at the beginning but after when they arrived into that town where they became a familiar and master, to me it's them working together and I don't see any sneakiness he has on YH. They communicated and worked together from those moments on.
As for the third stabbing. Well I made a comment in here not long ago about that so I won't get into it. I did wish it was done in a better light but I understand he wouldn't have done it if there's another choice. For writing purposes it made sense to work on their developments now.

Her burning it is her character development which is her healing process.
She saw how much TY helped her selflessly in getting the Item that will save her life, and also because the reason she made he wrote that pact in the beginning was because she said she cannot see him anymore , because she's afraid of him

To be honest I was actually happy that TY actually have a friend that cared about him since I enjoyed their interactions.
It's actually sad thinking that for someone like Tian Yao who doesn't have any friends to be losing a friend if that guy is that bad guy.
