I really liked this season, the story was overall solid considering the difficulties they had and all the side characters were great. Not to mention the epic fight choreography and those suits.
A well-written story with mature acting from both the leads. The reality of how a toxicity slowly destroys a relationship, Nagata is so insecure and toxic that you wonder why Saki even fell for him but the movie makes us sympathise for Nagata as well.
The story is pretty soapy and the drama is fast-paced as most manga adaptations are but I really like the focus on Japanese sweets such as Yokohama Ryusei.
Fun first episode and I loved the atmosphere, costumes and cinematography. Looking forward to how the show develops. I'm sad this is only 8 episodes :(
A nice little movie about living with a disability and choosing to live the way you want to. Oizumi Yo was great as Shikano and Takahata and Miura look great together. I miss Miura's smile :(
As someone who loves the manga and hates the anime, this movie falls somewhere in between. Hagiwara managed to capture the tone and essence of the story in a nice runtime of almost 2 hours. The casting was pretty good with Kubota giving a strong performance as usual, he and Yu Aoi managed to make Kaneki and Rize even crazier (seriously how do u even act out those face-liking scenes?) My only complaint with the cast would be that Oizumi Yo was too subdued as Kureo Mado and well Sengen Yoshiko didn't fit Touka. The CG was pretty good and so were the fights, looking forward to how they pulled the big fights in the sequel.
Yes.. I agree.. most of the trainees are "real" newbies (except for some hehe).. and thats what make this version…
Yeah, not only JO1 but a lot of the other finalists got signed but haven't debuted yet cause of the pandemic. What did you think of final 11 and who were your fav contestants in the show?
wtf were those last 5 mins lmao. Overall a pretty entertaining show, the story is a bit weak but everything else from the production to the OST is damn good.
My first produce 101 and I love it, there's no unnecessary drama and I like that the trainees are true amateurs compared to the Korean one. It's great to watch them grow and bond. Please give this a chance even if you don't like the Produce shows. Mamehara and Hico-kun <3
*sees Fukuda Yuichi is director*
*ADDS TO CURRENTLY WATCHING*
