No he didnt. His mom stopped him before he did but it takes a while for the truth to come out.
Thank you. Just learned this was subbed and started watching this. Was so pissed off in episode 16 when this happened. And in an earlier episode when FL was attacked in the bathroom. Almost dropped the show. IDK why they have such scenes in Thai dramas. Makes me wonder, with the saying that art imitates life, if Thai culture is really that disrespectful, violent and abusive of women.
Please tell me Bim gets what coming to him soon. And in which episode so I can celebrate with a glass of wine.
Does anyone know the name of the song inspired by their trip to Mongolia.?With the Mongolian flute, a tsuur, in the track. Or where I can find the song?
Also looking for the song that plays when Zhen Zhen got a ride from Bo Xu's evil friend's car in ep26.
Was looking for a new drama to get into on Viki when I scrolled over on Princess Jellyfish and started thinking. If it was to have a Chinese or Korean remake who'd I'd like to see in the roles of Tsukimi and Kuranosuke?
C- ML and FL = Gao Han from Falling Into Your Smile and Landy Li from The Starry Love K- ML and FL = Im Si Wan from Run On and Kim Hyang Gi from Poong, Joseon Psychiatrist
Checked Novelupdates.com and even they don't have the links to read the original novel. You can find links to the ebook and audiobook on Shushengbar.net but they're not translated.
The summary reminds me of a manga I've read years ago called Little House with an Orange Roof. Except in the manga the divorced man has two sons and the woman who left her cheating husband had two daughters. Reading the manga synopsis, I wonder if this is an adaptation:
Shoutarou Ninomiya, a father of two boys, is a workaholic who has taken no paid leave for 15 years. This comes at the cost of neglecting his family, causing his wife to file for divorce. Similarly, Natsumi Okajima, a mother of two girls, has had enough of her husband's adulterous behavior and leaves him.
Taking their children, both Shoutarou and Natsumi buy new houses to have a fresh start to their lives. However, they are conned by the same person in an elaborate real estate scam, resulting in the pair purchasing the same house! With little ground for legal dispute and insufficient funds to relocate, the two families are forced to live together.
Natsumi, being distrustful of men, keeps clear boundaries in the house. But as their children warm up to each other, the two adults' lives become ever more intertwined, and a sweet romance blossoms between them.
Huge fan of PMY!! I've watched almost all her dramas. It was cute and I really liked the male lead. I don't know…
PMY is like the Katherine Heigl (one of the queens of romcoms) of Kdrama romcoms. Still would love to see her in something more actiony, like Healer and City Hunter. This time she's the one who does the fighting and action scenes. Wanted to watch this, but after reading the reviews and watching a few of the trailers has put me off. Was so surprised when I saw the trailers. What is going on with her face? Why is she so thin? She needs to bring back the pounds she lost as she looked much better that way.
My first Zhao Lu Si drama was I Hear You. But I became an absolute fan because of The Tiger and Rose. Also started liking historical/ancient/costume period dramas because of her and the drama too. Was never interested before.
A sweet little story. with a not too draggy plot. Riley Wang just gorgeous of course and he played the cold, arrogant…
Rewatching this again and agree with you. The noble idiocy plot twist towards the end wasn't necessary. And Er Duo's mom and Le Tian should've been given less screen time. She kept going carpenter this and carpenter that and how Shuwie was poor. She was all prejudiced against him because of money yet it was her that lost all her money, friends and neighbors too, in a ponzi scheme.
And Le Tian was basically a stalker. Though Er Duo never firmly confirmed or denied her relationship with Shuwei, anyone with eyes could see that something was going on between them. And she even firmly rejected his feelings too so why he still clinging on.
Want to suggest Smile to Life but the FL did break up with the ML, a celebrity/singer. But the ML refused to accept it. And tried to find out the real reason why she wanted to break up and avoiding him. Once he learned the truth, he'd promised there's no way he'll ever leave her and she accepted it. But I think the break up did last more than 2-3 episodes though. https://kisskh.at/75069-one-two-three-mu-tou-ren
Really enjoyed the show. If they ever do a special I hope they don't just rehash clips/scenes from the drama. Instead they'd show Hongdou and Zhi Yao wedding with Hongdou wearing the village traditional wedding outfit Madame Xie gave her. Would also like to see the reunion of Madame Xie and the French painter. See how the rest of homestay crew, Dou Mei, Na Na, Mr. Hu and Mr. Ma, are doing. And see Hulu, Toutou, Huzi and Guobao again. Especially would like to see the son who came home after prison settled down. Sigh, I'm just asking for too much aren't I?
Rewatching this and curious about something. Found out GYH is based on the novel “Gaming Lovers (Accompany You…
Well I've answered my question. Found and read the original novel GYH was based on. And after finishing rewatching GYH, the strawberry milk tea was something added in the drama as Mi Ya's fav drink. After the whole Mi Ya scandal blew up, XK went to his QY hangout spot and instead of ordering his strawberry milk tea, ordered coffee. Anyway, prefer the Mi Ya plot in the novel as she didn't last as long as her character did in the drama. Also wished they showed XK being vindicated with a public apology like in the novel. And showing XK and QY, Xuan and Yiyi, and PX hanging out together with their kids. And the next generation of Phoenix players. The special episode could've shown all that.
Rewatching this and curious about something. Found out GYH is based on the novel “Gaming Lovers (Accompany You to the Top of the World)” written by Nanye Lin’er. Was it ever explained in the novel why Xiang Kong liked strawberries and strawberry milk tea. There's a scene a scene where Kong's ex Mi Ya orders strawberry milk tea when she invites Qui Ying out to talk about how much they meant to each other and Qui Ying looks at the drink. So would like to know whether in the novel it explained if Kong really do like strawberries and strawberry milk tea. Or only likes them because they were Mi Ya's favorite. Or if Mi Ya ordered it because it's Kong's fav. Drinks it to be close to him. And/or she messing with Qui Ying by doing that.
