Just started watching episode 10 when I crashed to a halt because of the night before the wedding and the day after the wedding. What is up with that transition? Where's the missing wedding in between? Was looking forward to it. Please tell me someone, somewhere has a video of the cut scene? Or, I'd even take flashbacks of the wedding, so please tell me the cut wedding scene will appear in a later episode?
I wish Lakorns were more mainstream like Korean & Chinese Dramas. There are no places to watch them with English…
I agree. I miss Viki from ten years ago. Then they had a huge collection of subbed Thai dramas. Now they're about ~30 dramas on Viki. So lacking :-(. To watch a Thai drama, the best places to go are Youtube, Dailymotion or directly to a subber's website. And hopefully, the Thai drama you're looking for is already subbed or will be subbed in the future.
UUGGGHHHH! Watching the subs on YT and I can't believe the last episodes of ep12 weren't subbed. Why one31?! Why?!
Can anyone provide a transcript/summary of what exactly is being said/going on from Lita rushing to Lt Komes to the end of ep12, from 1:10:22 to 1:28:13?
On episode 24 and if I didn't hate 2nd young lord before, I hate him with the fire of a thousand burning suns now. And Hao Jia's mother...she right there burning with him.
There's a new poster? Does that mean the show will finally air? Or should I just stop hoping. Why, why, why did they have to ban time travel?! By now, I'm willing to accept a cop out ending that it was all dream or something, if only the show will air sometime soon already. :-/
This was one of the first lakorns I've ever watched. It was a hot mess of a train wreck but that's what kept me watching to the very end. Like it was so bad it was kinda good. Even thought about playing a drinking game, by taking a shot whenever the FL cries or gets sexually assaulted. Or when the ex-girlfriend tries to seduce the ML or verbally/physically attacks the FL.
But funny enough, despite all that it sparked my interest in Thai lakorns. So far I'd only been mainly watching J-dramas, Taiwanese dramas and Korean dramas. It made me hunt all over Viki for good lakorns. Which is why I'm so upset with Viki right now. They used to have a huge collection of Thai dramas like the Suphapburut Juthathep series, Full House, Soda Gub Chayen and Padivarada, etc. Now they're all gone! There's less than 30 lakorns on Viki now. :-(
Man, I miss Viki back in the day. They had it all. It wasn't just concentrated on Asian dramas. They had Mexican and South American dramas too, like Betty La Fea. And Muneca Brava I think too. But, I'm rambling. Roadside Bride is a hot mess but even now I feel like rewatching it. Anyone know where I can find it subbed?
Read the manga and watched the anime. Seen the Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean and Chinese version ( think I dropped it halfway) of Boys Over Flowers. Yet to watch the Thai version but it's on my plan-to-watch list.
But it's now bugging me how it was never explained how Makino/Shancai/Jan Di was able to do a flying kick. Like if she used to combat sport, eg taekwando, when she was little but had to give it up because of her dad's money/job issues.
It's a little thing, probably not necessary to the story line, but feels like a plot hole to me. Oh well, a lot of things didn't make it to the adaptations. But funny enough what also didn't make it from manga to adaptation is that FL can be just as short tempered, vulgar and violent as the ML.
IDK why but usually have a hard time finishng a drama starring JJY. But hoping it won't be the case this time. Liking the social status reversal between ML and FL.
My most memorable hoodie is from Strong Woman Do Bong Soon. Love how the scene of the ML becomes mesmerized with the heroine/FL in her pink hoodie after she saved them that he later recreates her image in a painting. And after he meets her again, not knowing they're the same person, whenever he witnesses her awesome strength, instead of being scared of it, he's all like "so sexy."
