haha many productions lack good scripts and engaging storyline in recent years & they desperately want to rely on some "materials" that might satisfy the target audience of dramas, hence came that 'women empowerment' idea with some FL domineering hot Romantic scenes blended within for attraction and It's even well consumed by the majority of female audiences of idol dramas & gets popular certainly, so.... (highly rated now).... it was the opposite case scenario in 12 to 15 years old popular dramas Where FL was always sidekicked damsel in distress and ML held the most importance in the storyline with dominance & power & the target audience back Then liked them to watch like that (highly rated back then,poorly rated now)...the era changed and the commercial tactics of the roles were reversed

Among all these trendy sneaky deceptive ace in the holes, There are still few actual good productions every year so we can only just hope for the best about this drama.

Okay ep 16 done and i am kind of bored about the mortal arc of FL....i don’t want this "She's doing nothing" arc to last any longer.

Edit : I just happened to read a Review Above and it says mortal arc remains till ep 30 😬😬 lemme pause this drama here for a while and start some days later maybe

"Filming " Peaceful years" gave me a sense of somewhat satisfaction. Everyday after filming I'd lie in bed and just read the dictionary. Every day is filming on set, then afterwards, reading the next days materials, research, eat, sleep. Because we go again the next day...we have to communicate with co-actors and they speak in this fashion too, so you not only have to do your research, you have to do research for your co-stars parts too! But I think once you find the rhythm of the classical language, and how to express emotions,I actually think that was very helpful to me. I really did get an inexplicable sense of satisfaction.

When filming #SwordsIntoPlowshares, the director and scriptwriter often said any tiny detail might be remembered by viewers, might become the window through which audiences can understand that part of history.previously we often said "the storyline is the king" but now I want to add "sincerity is the soul (of a drama)". No matter long drama or short drama, as long as you have a heart of respect, create with sincerity, express with sincerity, a good creation becomes possible.

you are definitely not the only one. Story of yanxi palace is a phenomenal drama & considered a masterpiece in China. The Double & TPOB are far better dramas in quality & more critically acclaimed than FH or POJ . Fated hearts went downhill in later episodes, i didn’t rate it high but could finish at least. POJ i dropped at ep 16.

This drama is truly captivating! I just finished ep 14 and by far nothing is dragged even one bit and there's surprise after surprise that I'm extremely eager to know what happens next...& the witty humors!!
