Im thankful for all the feelings that this drama made me feel. From the highest peak of rainbow to the one of the most heartbreaking goodbyes. I will remember this drama for a long time. Na Hee Do, Bake Yi Jin, 25, 21, telephone booth, beach, playing with faucet, scissors, the broken slipper, the chairs, red car, fencing were deeply kept in my heart.
I may have some reservation with how they handled the ending (dont mind the separation but Im disappointed how they tied lose ends or not tied actually) ) but this drama is still one of the books.
They throw in so many characters but almost none of them has depth/intriguing background story :((( idk about…
I agree, the beginning is kinda exciting but it became a web of different characters with diff story but you cant get attached bcos they are too many to count and they only have a few mins every now and then. I feel like the story should be 20ep with the way the story goes... or like the US series, which is seasonal, that every ep 1 main plot kind of drama with a main plot along the way. at this point Im only watching bcoz I wanna know how he will take down Cho Tae Sub.
the story starting to be annoying and cringey for me. The pacing of the story sucks. The misunderstanding is draggy, for like 8 eps, they can be bf at ep 4 or 5. they sweet at 6 then breakup at 7 ( or not, just give another plot twist) then makeup at 8... sorry i just decided on my own. I got headache at the confrontation and crying scene at Kluen apartment, then the "bf" part. like ugh, why oh why, so cliche. The leads has full potential, sometimes the acting are awkward but its tolerable .
Of course, I will still watch it and see how it ends.
The Good! Beautiful casts. I also love the OST. Kirin has beautiful voice... The whole set speaks money.
Just OK! The cast acting is good but sometimes felt unnatural and awkward.
The Bad! i feel like the whole story can be done in 4 ep. I hate to compare but Koreans BL with 8-15mins per ep has a better story pacing and unfolding than this. After watching up to ep 7, I've got enough and skipped some scenes. The dialogues are cringey, i get annoyed at crying scenes instead of getting moved. I'm more interested with the 3rd couple but they didn't get a proper story bcoz the writer is too busy in the push-and pull story of the 1st and 2nd couple. The story suffers in too much repetition. For me, the kisses are sweet and gives me butterflies at times but overly done like every five minutes they are kissing. Too much sugar can kill you ( Cant believe Im complaining with too much hot scenes. lol).
Well, some enjoy the series, so you can still give it a try. judge at your own will. :))

ep 2 - porche woke up after kinn strangled him. i need to pause, i cant help getting disappointed. the trailer is so promising. so i feel invested while watching...
sorry. i just need to rant.. what's with the fight scenes, it seems off, the underground fight in so underwhelming. they established that porche is good but at the cruise scene kinn almost defeated him in hand to hand fight. i know porche have no choice but to be part of the gang, but he is so irresponsible, his "i dont give a damn attitude" is out of place, idk know what's the writer is thinking, trying to put comedy or making light on the situation, but come on, he is a member of a mafia, and his attitude is like he's just out there hanging out with some street gang and dared to talk back with the boss not even slight guilty or afraid of what's to come.

still gonna watch. i hope the the story will progress for the better. I dont know the actors, but they seem promising the acting is so natural. Personally, I initially watch a show bcos of actors but i always stayed because of the story. I hope i can finish this one.

the bar was set so high!. . m glad they dont focus on romance but on the hardwork and glory of arm ed forces. i will never watch a military series again without comparing to this one. i

I should have addressed my prev comment to the toxic fans and trolls... Personally, Im open for character discourse, criticize how the story is unfolding, comment on camera angles and actors acting. It widens my perspective but some are just really trolls and keep on commenting like the worst actor ever, he/she should have not be an actor. he s/she should not be the lead here blah blah blah. in the end if u are really not satisfy just leave and stop clowning everyone.
I enjoyed watching 2521 tho it had some share of low moments they are more uplifting and heartwarming.
