For now, the chef is still in the Queen's body. But, he is changing and adapting into the Queen, even got the memories back. I don't think he will be bi or gay because of this. Because the real Queen, So Young sometimes controls the emotion and feeling. She was in love with the King since the beginning.

i think from what i see the queen will never comeback just her memories will because we are on the 12 episodes…
I personally believe that the real Queen will come back to her own body. And, you could see she is still there even though the chef mainly controls the body.

You got a point! Remember back the lake scene with HJ before So Young jumped into? HJ told/threatened SY that if SY will say about her lies to the King, she will also reveal that SY tried to the King (your assumption might be true). That line "you will lose someone precious too". Both referred the King as someone precious.
