Since being introduced to Asian dramas whether it be Kdrama, Cdrama, Jdrama and etc - Yang Yang has been my favorite, He has been my crush of all crushes. But he has been officially moved to slot #2. Why? Because this Xu Kai came along and hit me with hurricane level winds - knocked me flat on my tuchus and I don't know what to do. I mean the way he can take a role and make you believe in the power of his love or what ever. His acting, his visuals and all in Ancient Love Poetry blew me away. His comedic side in Once Upon A Time In Lingjian Mountain. His motivation to mature because of love in Court Lady (the growth of the character - phenomenal even though I struggled finishing the drama). Arsenal Military Academy. Falling Into Your Smile. I can go on and on but I'm in love for real for real.

In my 2 years of watching Kdramas and Cdramas, I never thought anyone could take Yang Yang's place. There have been contenders, close calls, temporary infatuation but no one ever came close to dethroning Yang Yang but Xu Kai has done it. He now holds the crown and the throne. This man!!

I am waiting patiently on his new dramas while binging all the old. I'm in love.

Ummm... What in the no closure ending did I just watch? Like where is the rest? Is this it? If so I want a refund of my time no matter how short the episodes give me back my 270 minutes. Don't make no sense. Will there be a season 2? This cannot be all. Seriously.

Every time I try to fall out of love with this man and move on to a new Cdrama crush, Yang Yang comes back to remind me - there is no other. Gosh this man makes me smile in ways I never knew I could. Xu Kai is giving him a run but in my heart it will always be Yang Yang. He was my first Cdrama crush and nothing has changed. My love is still strong for this man.. Whew!! You Are My GLORY!!!!

This drama just gained more stars because of the guest star cameo in episode 11. Ha Seok Jin is my first Kdrama love. Even if this turns out to be the worst (judging by the ratings not many like it) but it’s already etched in my heart because of him!!! His smile. He is so adorable.

So I’m loving this drama. Not only is it good. It’s like one big advertisement for various regions in South Korea. Listen the homes featured in this drama got me ready to pack up and relocate. Okay???

Yes this drama caught my attention for those reasons and yes I was colado to find something ALP is like the irreplaceable historical drama in my mind right now. I want to find one as food as it was.

Exactly when his teacher checked him about the money thing I was like go Teacher. Loved every moment of it because his success is no less important. Money shouldn’t determine worth.

My Yang Yang bias makes me love everything he's in. Can't help myself. Been in love since Love 020 and nothing has changed. Just watching him walk makes me happy. I mean this man looks like he's gliding. My favorite scene thus far is when he's walking towards the stage in episode 14 I believe. Looking all angelic gliding with his gliding self. Yes.. I am a Yang Yang simp and proud of it. Lol.

Aside from my obvious love for Yang. I am loving this drama because it has equally focused on their lives in a relevant way. I love how the FL didn't turn into some pitiful rejected girl who ends up poor with no direction or hope. She went on to be successful and is living well in spite of her crush. Her crush hasn't crushed her. She's not some pitiful pushover. And I love how they're focusing on his career in aerospace. To me it's unique in that regard. They're both successful in their own regard but it's the male who's experience insecurity about his own financial status and what he has to offer which is refreshing. Even though he's great and has prestige he appears to feel inferior to her in some ways while it was the opposite in high school for her. He's a genius but there's a small dose of insecurity in him that was exposed when he was at the tournament standing off to the side watching her. Yet he's still that take charge guy. He's pulling it off well.

I'm here for it. I've never really been much of a Dilraba Dilmurat fan, but I think that has more to do with the dramas I've seen her in. I am however enjoying her in this. Can't wait for how this unfolds. I'm in love that's all I'm saying and I'm looking forward to every scene with my (husband in my head only) Yang Yang looking like a whole masterpiece on the screen. Yes sir. Give us runway ready looks, stern jaw, boyish in love smiles and all that. We are here for every part of you. Give us genius solving space matters solutions and all. We are here sir. We are here. I am here..

Thanks. I was too through. I'm glad I was not alone because I tell you what. Every time I see the name of this drama I am triggered. I was traumatized seeing the name pop up in the notifications. Lol. That's how bad the experience was. And I agree he is so much better. For reals.

I don't normally watch Japanese dramas. I've seen maybe 10 and I must say this is one of the best dramas I've seen in a while. It wasn't your average ordinary high school drama. This had some substance to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole drama. I give this one a big thumbs up.

Yesssss. I've been waiting on his new drama. He was my first Asian drama crush. Fell in love with him in Love 020. He is just amazing.

Oh wow. So I'm not alone. I never knew I could love a drama so much. Well more specifically a historical Cdrama because I usually end up with my feelings hurt or massive disappointment. I can name a few that just angered me to no end and broke my heart at the same time. But this one gave all that it was supposed to give and more. There is literally a feeling of emptiness in my whole heart right now.. Lol. So sad.

I love this drama so much, I talked my husband into watching it so I can watch it a second time with company. Ah yes. and I tell you what I missed so much. It's funny how your focus changes after seeing it once. It's even better the second time around. Why am I so obsessed with this drama? Because it's that good.

Yes that blue hit different. I was like sir, you can't just show up in this blue looking all regal and heavenly. I loved every moment of that blue hair. Lol.

Agreed. I look forward to seeing more of him. I'm about 5 dramas in with him now. I'm going to binge 3 others this weekend while waiting on when the newest ones he is in to come out. And he just seems to be made for historical dramas. Something about him in those historical garments and long hair that makes me swoon. He's beautiful.

Oh my goodness what you say. You hit it right there his micro expressions are everything. What I particularly loved about him in this drama was the way he conveyed his inner turmoil and conflict. Like you could see the pain in his face that he was hiding behind being cold to Shanggu. You could tell he was dying to embrace her. He wanted to hold her. He wanted to hold their son. He was in so much pain and you not only saw it through his face, you felt it in his performance.

That man made me believe that his 60,000 year love was solid and that every decision he made was the right one even though it was a painful path. And how he pulled off those three characters: Bai Jue, Boxuan and Qing Mu. They were distinct parts of himself. Bai Jue the cold ice cube, no nonsense as well as a man in love willing to risk it all for the woman he loved - Dark Bai Jue, then the balanced Boxuan who was teacher, guarding, motherly like and endearing, self-sacrificing standing by his plan no matter how much he was hurt and then Qing Mu the hopeless romantic fall in love at first sight man who knew she was her destiny who risked it all to love her.

I mean sir. How you gonna make me fall in love with all of these parts of you. Even when he was being hard I was like this man is committed to his sacrifice even though he is dying inside. He doesn't mean a word he is saying but he's so convincing. I mean he fooled the immortals and everybody. My man literally flew under the radar undetected. It was only his boy/love rival who realized what he was doing outside of Gu Jun who knew about the plan. I mean Whew I can go on about this man's acting in this drama. Top notch.
