Lol. Thanks. I promised it's the strangest phenomenon. Before I being introduced to Asian dramas I rarely watched TV. I had certain things that I liked but TV wasn't a thing for me. My world however has changed since 2019 and I cannot get enough. I don't even watch American TV anymore because it leaves nothing to the imagination. The relationships are disingenuous most times because they're based upon sexual attraction. Relationships in Asian dramas have substance. I mean it takes 20 episodes for hand holding and kissing unless it's the more racier dramas. Either way there's more authenticity and I love it.

And how cool it is that you write novels. I have published 4 books (2 of my own, 2 collabs - Christian content). I always wanted to write a love story. I have one but I'm not good at character development and stuff. At least I don't feel I am. How amazing that is. You must be super talented and imaginative. Sweet!!

Listen You Are My Hero is pure LOVE SUGAR and I love it. That Bai Jingting. My my my. Please lock me up and throw away the key. I'm mostly all about my Kdrama guys but I promise these Cdrama men have been trying to dethrone all my Kdrama heartthrobs. Yang Yang started my journey but then he went silent for a while so I drifted on over to Kdrama and the men have kept me anchored there. I guess 2020-2021 said we're not having it and unleashed on me with Daddi Tang in My Little Happiness, Wallace in The Sword and The Brocade, Mr Zhang Hubba Hubba Han in this and now Bai Jingting in You Are My Hero. That young man is call the cops and make a report fine you hear me. He is buy a ticket, leave the country and be happy with living in the same city as him fine. Okay? Whew let me call down because after episode 30 that I finished last night I'm trying to cancel all crushes that I now have and I'm moving my adoration real-estate to the constellation that is Bai Jingting. I'm too old for this and he's too young for me and I'm happily married. I'm married. Lol. I can observe closely tho. Just observing while commenting loudly. LOL..

Aside from Mr. Bai Jingting's visual the drama is really good. Sandra Ma is in it from Oh My General. That's my girl. I'm impressed with her versatility. She was this strong unyielding yet girly girl dying to break free without understanding of how to do so in OMG but in this she's just this sweet wide eyed want to save the world innocent and pure at heart type in this. I promise you you'll love it. The story line is amazing too. No unnecessary love triangles at least not with the leads. It's so sweet. Just sugar cane sweet.

What I don't get about these dramas is the lack of moral responsibility. They be scheming, killing folk and doing dirt and when that dirt comes back on them they have the nerve to get angrier for getting caught up in their own mess or they get angrier with the people they trying to bring down if one of them dies. I mean you reap what you sow. Sitting here watching Ou Lixing wife and father act a fool about him dying is a trip. I mean y'all doing more dirt than anybody and got the nerve to be mad because one of y'all died in your mess. I mean seriously. Give me a break.

I was all the way 360 degrees ridiculous and the ratings agree. Lol.

Yes I saw The Four. That's when I realized, I've been in love with this man for a long time because I adored him in The Four. I originally watched The Four because I was crushing on Yang Yang who is absolutely gorgeous but Mr. Zhang Han caught my attention and upon investigation I saw he was in Here to Heart. I remember watching the first half of episode one and got distracted so I never went back. But now that I know who he is. I will be returning to watch it.

I love that she is because all them women is unnecessary. Plus Ling Yi never wanted all them concubines anyway. I remember after his first legal wife died he was disgusted with all of them fighting over position before the woman was even buried. He was done. So I think he's been hoping for ways to be rid of them. You can tell he is happy and in love for real for the first time. He didn't even love his first wife like he loves Shiyi.

I watched up until episode 14 and then skipped to the end. And it got real crazy. Like the story line took a total swan dive. It ended with him in Paris, he supposedly had some disease that led to memory loss. They made it seem like he was going to die but he somehow lost all of his memories, moved to Paris and became an artist. The girl he was in love with was determined to be with him so she followed him to Paris after a while and they ended up falling in love with each other again. Somehow his memories of them being together miraculously came back at the last minute. As she was walking away from him, he tugged on her as he did during their times together before.

I just started watching the Boss and Me and I love it so far. The film quality isn't that great but I do love it. And yeah if it wasn't for Zhang Han and his gorgeous self, this drama would be toast because the FL began to work my nerves along with all the others. I'm just tired at this point. I want a happy ending and right now a happy ending for my guy would be to leave everyone behind and move to Paris. Wait that's what happened in If Paris Downcast. LOL!!

You summed it up well here. If it wasn't for his smile and his genuine sweetness. I mean he seems to be the least selfish and most forgiving character and he stands by what he says. I like how he confronted his momma. He told his dad, get your wife and he confronted Xueling no hesitation. He is not wavering about anything. The whole let's get married next month scene - that man was serious. He wants to marry her. His mind is made up and no one is going to bully him. I think it's funny how Xueling tried to show him she was more suitable and he needed her with that little stunt and he was like I got this without you. He let her know she was a valued employee but she could be replaced.

Everything the ML does is genuine and honest. He's not shown too many flaws. He has them but he is the most genuine and sweet of them all. I love him and his smile. They need to do better by him. If Paris Downcast was horrible. I held on for him as long as I could. Now this. He is so mesmerizing I love looking at him. His acting is so spectacular but my goodness these other folk are driving me insane. I know they're written that way but my goodness.

Okay rant over. LOL.

The sweetness of this drama is wow!! Bai Jing Ting is absolutely gorgeous and adorable. I love the FL as I remember her from Oh My General, she was amazing in that. I'm still swooning over the Birthday...

As much as I love this drama, I found myself fast forwarding through episodes 24-27. I am just so done with so many things I'm holding on because I love the ML and that's it because even the FL is treading upon my nerves. There are things I love about her and then there are things that make me want to square up with her for real. I'm gonna hold on to the end because the ML is worth that.

Let's hope it gets better with her.

To maintain my Zhang Han fix I'm watching Boss and Me, Here to Heart and The Four right now. I just finished If Paris Downcast and I didn't like it. I'm re-watching The Four as I realize now he's the character I fell for. I started watching it because of Yang Yang but fell in love with his character because he's gorgeous and the other two were highly recommended so I'm watching them.

Yeah. It's sad. I can understand her independence and even the principle she wants to stand on but after acknowledging that you see this man is out of line and is actively pursuing you and doing it even more so to spite your boyfriend then her continuing to maintain contact is just pure selfishness. And if her reasoning is Xueling then that's dumb because they're childhood friends and their families are close. It's not as simple as her keeping distance between her and the SML. This woman is an employee at his company and their families are close, he however has made his feelings clear. She however is fanning the flame of his hope which is not good. She's working me. If it were not for my infatuation with Zhang Han, I wouldn't watch anymore because I know the scheming is about to get thick with Xiao Man and Xueling who is now coaxing her university friend. It's about to get all the way ridiculous I just know it.

Yeah I saw. As soon as I gave her a little bit of credit she makes me look crazy.. LOL.. Ahh well. Hopefully she'll get it.. She's driving me crazy. Seriously.

I thought the same but after watching the episodes 18 and now 19, she's not that dense. Plus I understood her stance. It had nothing to do with him - it was the principle of her being trusted enough to not be pulled in. Just like she's trusting the ML as far as Xue Ling is concerned. She's just as conniving as the SML but she trust him and she's asking for that same trust. It's not because she's being duped by the SML. She has a point. And she sees through what's he's doing. She said so in episode 18.

This man is ML gold seriously. He has the most adoring eyes. His smile is everything and his mannerism are wow. I'm a new fan and I'm glad to have come across this talent. He is amazing.

I am a new Zhang Han fan so I was led here by him. All I have to say is I literally feel like filing a petition against his management team for allow this script to be seen by his beautiful eyes. They need to be brought up on charges for convincing him to add his impeccable name to such ridiculous and utter foolishness. I don't even know where to start but I am enraged that I wasted the time I did with this. I endured a total of 12 episodes. I watched 1-10, skipped to 14 and then watched the final and all I have to say is WHAT in the WORLD. My pressure is up over this one. I mean really. The immaculate acting, visuals, talent, and such of Zhang Han was utterly wasted on this trash. Yes TRASH. I said what I said and I mean it with my whole chest. My eyes cannot roll hard enough about this.

Okay. Rant over. This is an atrocity and a heinous crime to ZH. Just shameful.

Same feeling here. I came for Zhang Han and only endured as many episodes as I did because he is an exceptional actor and visually stunning. I made it to maybe episode 10, skipped to episode 14 and then skipped to the final episode. Just why? Why stain this man with this foolishness. Why?
