I thought I would be more mad at the breakup, but it's always been a fact that Dali will prioritize the gallery over herself. She probably thinks that she's not deserving of JMH because of her debt and adoption scandal, so she thinks that sacrificing herself for the gallery is the best thing for everyone. Poor bby I wanna give her a hug.

I literally do not understand why they always have to have a breakup episode. Nobody enjoys those! What's the point of having them when you just make your audience mad

I'm personally enjoying this drama a lot but I agree that it is very slow. It doesn't get better in terms of pacing, but I found that speeding it up keeps me interested in it. It's a very cute drama with two very good leads.

I think they could at least get her together with Babi before S2 but the turnaround would be too short i feel like :(

I'd like to think they did. The ending seemed very open, but at the very least we know that they probably got back in touch and became friends, if not something more :)

Should it have mattered though? They've only been dating for a year. I don't think that's enough time to get to know a person completely and decide if you want to spend the rest of your life with them. Woong seems like such an airhead that lives completely in the present and his priorities are a little bit different than Yumi's. I think it's generally more socially acceptable for men to get married later than women (not that I agree with that), so that might have also impacted his desire for marriage since he thinks he still has plenty of time to get married and start a family.

It just goes downhill from there...

The romance also makes absolutely no sense to me... Like why are they even in love? They met once as kids and hung out a little as adults. I don't about you but I met a lot of kids when I was 10 and I'm not in love with any of them as an adult. Yeah, it seems he only wants revenge because they killed his dad after the ceremony as per orders, but that's it. I liked this drama so much in the beginning but it's so disappointing now...

Are they really going to end S1 with a breakup? From a purely marketing perspective, who'd want to watch the second season of a drama that ends in a breakup? FYI I know how the Webtoon ends

Yeah I want to like Babi but he's being very pushy at the moment with a girl who clearly has a long-time boyfriend she wants to marry. I was very disappointed with him.

Ugh seriously the lack of communication between these two is so annoying. It was kinda funny at first because they had justification for it with the cells and stuff but I'm so frustrated with the way episode 12 ended and how Woong didn't explain to Yumi that he didn't want to marry her only because he was poor. He had SO many chances!

Have they been faithful to the webtoon so far?

He never wanted to in the first place. I guess his agency pressured him into it.

His ex said that he was always complaining about some drama because he didn't like his character or the plot before retracting his words once the drama became popular. I thought it was pretty funny. I haven't watched start up but I heard it wasn't that good so I don't blame him lol

Yeah I've been keeping up with the issue and ultimately came to the conclusion that it was just a failed relationship than a hurt ex blew out of proportion.
