Meh? This was very bland. Love seeing Hye Sunnie on my screen again but the thriller was pretty non thrilling. Same mysterious smart killer. Useless cops. Main character who thinks they’re the shit and decides to ambush the killer herself. Anyways this just feels like a rehash of all the other serial killer thriller movies I have seen.

The commenter above has addressed that also. I still claim that in all the dramas I have seen by her, she has played vastly different characters. She's incredibly versatile and a wonderful actress.

You need to figure out if you want to debate characters or genres. You say her characters are unoriginal but then you argue she only acts in rom coms... those are not the same things you are comparing
I hate to be the person who complains because they've seen the Taiwanese drama but... As much as I love these two actors in other dramas, I was a bit underwhelmed by the lack of chemistry and understanding of their characters here. It took rewatching the original to realize just how much of a spark these two were lacking. I could genuinely feel the sizzling chemistry between the Taiwanese leads, but here it may be the lack of faithful character portrayal or an error on the director's part in not including enough scenes from their "old" relationship... but something just feels off and I don't feel the love. The love is what made the Taiwanese rating so high. You wanted to cry with them because you could feel their heartbreak through the screen.
Placing blame on a suicidal person who has taken their own life doesn't make sense. Yi Heon was a victim of a…
I was more trying to say that someone who has given up on life did in a way cause the death of a man who had hopes, dreams, and a strong desire to live and help others. it wouldn’t have been fair if deuk pal had all that taken away after trying to save someone who didn’t want to be saved
Don't care what y'all say, I loved the ending and thought it was perfect. I would've been really mad if Deuk Pal had gone through all that only to go back to being dead... like it was Yi Heon's fault he died in the first place, why does Yi Heon suddenly get to live again? Also enjoyed the platonic father/son chemistry they had. I get why people wanted romance and I do enjoy a good BL from time to time, but I think it was just perfect without any romance here. This is coming from someone who hasn't seen any of the source material so maybe in the OG the romance made more sense idk
It is, I love both seasons. It's just crazy because it seemed like I was in the extreme minority back when I finished the drama and would browse the comments to try to get over it haha
I'm at ep 6 and I'm running out of patience. I hope Jang Uk will realize who Buyeon is soon. For now it seems…
Towards the end he says something along the lines of “My soul recognized you way before my mind did” which is the only thing keeping me from being depressed about the fact that he “moved on” in this season.
