YUP, agree with that too. For me, I’ll get into the story if it has an age gap, but ONLY if it’s like historical kdramas because during that time, no one gave a sh— what age you were, lol, and that seems more real to me, age gaps in historical dramas, because back then it as normal, but now like having an 20 yr age gap in a modern day drama is like ... WHAT LOL. That’s why with BSR and Goblin it was like adjshshjsjsj hmmm lol, oh god. I’ve never had the worst of second lead syndrome until Start-up happened, haven’t even finished it and I know the sadness that unfolds ... I KNOW I’M GONNA HAVE SLS IN TRUE BEAUTY TOO, because whether I like it or not JG=SH are definitely endgame, and that’s it :’)

In can agree with this, ever since he met the counters and found out about his parents souls being taken, he’s matured quite a bit, I feel the connection he had with his friends though was kind of broken when he started hanging out with the counters more, which I was sad about. I love it when all three of them are together :’)

Agree with this %100, it had a good start ngl, but fell through like a good chunk of kdramas I’ve watched, midway into the series. There wasn’t any magic for me either sadly :(

Bruh he betterrrr, there’s only two people I’ve rooted for in this entire show: Logan Lee, and Soo Ryun, if there both dead, as in they’re not in the final cast line-up in s2 imma be angry, because if the bad guys win, they literally died for nothing ... And that’s going trigger me more than anything else this drama has put out ... I HATE characters that die for nothing.

Lmao I noticed this too, the age gaps really throw me in the kdrama world sometimes, like Goblin and Backstreet Rookie, and I second that on love triangles, I’m getting tired of them, after True Beauty I think I’m going to skip out on any drama that has a love triangle tag. It’ll have to be very good for me to watch it.

FR? Omg the counters care so much for Moon, it was so sad, when they had to erase his memories, friggin almost cried ... because literally all he has are his friends and grandparents ... Then the counters came along and he felt like a family to them :(
