OMGGGG, I HATE IT when kdrama writers assume the characters know why tf they were put in these situations, or they assume the audience can interpret certain information based on what’s been given SMH, it’s your friggin job to write what’s going on so your audience doesn’t get lost and ask questions ... no joke this has happened more than once in every kdrama I’ve ever seen and it’s getting tiresome, rant over lmao :)

Of course! And the plot has been interesting so far for me, I’m hooked! Also the acting performances imo have been stellar, totally okay not to be a fan of the ml or fl, I guess it’s by preference, but the acting has been amazing :)

I got those vibes too, but still, if he’s going along with it, he’s not a good guy either, being used or not, like he’s aware she faked her and her daughters death you know, and that’s caused a lottt of pain for Seo Jin, imo he’s just as bad

Agreed! It’s kind of underrated actually, I feel most Korean thrillers are like that though, except for the gem Flower of Evil, literally EVERYBODY has talked about how good that drama is, if you haven’t watched it I highly recommend it <3

That theory would give her more depth as a character and I’m alllll for that kind of development, lol I friggin hate her character rn though, and the assistant guy, the actress is doing a great job if I can dislike her character so much got to say

It is! There’s more thrill to it, at this point in the series it’s all finding more information about the characters and their motives and I love that, the ending to ep. 6 is a cliffhanger though and I’m like awww whyyyyy X( plus only one ep. is released a week, who’s idea was that? Lol

omgggg yessss, I won’t say she’s crazy yet but she’s getting pretty damn close, like it’s a wild ride so far and I’m loving it, holy cow, the shower part was crazy as well, like [SPOILER] GIRL, YOU’RE ALREADY WITH SOMEONE, WHY TF ARE YOU SLEEPING WITH SOMEONE ELSE, I bet hands down it’s to try and get his money for sure, or she has another personal grudge, but I hope we get into that depth, the series is really good so far

let’s all take a moment to admire Shin Sung Rok’s acting in the first couple ep’s ... when he started crying, I wanted to cry ... and his performance overall so far, has been phenomenal.

Honestly, I didn’t think it was predictable at all, the way the story has been moving so far, it kind of caught me off guard, like I knew his friend was a part of it because of his shifty glasses lol, but not BOTH the wife and the daughter ...

Wasn’t until I finished the first five ep. I realized how sinister the wife and his “friend” really are ... wife fakes her damn death, along with a fake kidnapping, making Jin believe his daughter AND wife are dead, and this sob Do Gyun is a part of it, pretty much Jin has no one left, and for what? Did he do something that terrible for his family to fake their deaths? No. I’m not gonna lie, this drama is messed up, like, damn ...

SKSKS then you know what they do, I wish casting directors would get more unique faces in the kdrama industry because I feel most face types are the same, but in this drama I agree! Some diverse faces for sure! :)

Honestly the brotherly bond ... I live for that shit, like we don’t get that in kdramas often and it’s an interesting story by far ... The kite part was the cutest for sure, ep. 9 is gonna be QUITE THE TIME TO BE ALIVE, GOT TO SAY, IM STOKEDDDD!

Literally sounds like the most predictable kdrama plot, and what sucks is I’m sure they’re going to go that route, smh ... but I realllyyyy don’t want them to, like I’d love for writers to actually give a crap about the script story once in awhile, but today, that shit is rare, Lee Rang is my fav character as well, and I want my damn redemption arc sksks, focusing on the brothers ngl would probably improve the ratings.
