Hey I found you here! We all love this drama so much it’s hard to move on 🤧
I think I’ve added that Jdrama to my to-watch-list. I haven’t watched any Jdramas for months. Maybe I need to “refresh” my Jdrama mood soon hahah.
Yeah FOMH is a little slow, but there’s already so much sentimental values. A good watch if you need to get on some emotional ride, with not too heavy plot.
Have you watched the BTS of that scene? They (read as ZLS) even considered Sangzhi “slapping” Jiangying as…
Yes I love that one! She’s so smart. She understands her characters’ personality. People who work with her can see that she always knows what she’s doing, so they trust her.
What Lusi wants, Lusi gets.
Ps: I think she can be an amazing acting coach too!
I haven't finished watching this but do they ever stop calling duan jiaxu old?! I get that he's older than sang…
Actually they were just joking about calling him old.
The main context is not their age tho. It’s because they’ve been knowing each other since Sangzhi was 14, and DJX is really close and good to her family, he’s basically like her 2nd older brother.
And I hope you’re not turned off when they call each other ‘gege’ (older brother) / ‘meimei’ (little sister) even tho they’re not family. Because in our Asian culture, unlike Western, we don’t call each other by name for respect, unless between close friends.
If i don't like a drama i'll drop it and forget all about it. I Find something i like then rewatch it until i…
I don’t mind if people want to share their criticism on some show, well it’s their freedom. What I don’t like is the way they make even the littlest thing that they feel “off” about, into something VERY off-putting.
For example, “I don’t like the way the FL laughs, so I dropped it. Why is this show rated high? So not worth it.”
Oh let’s not talk about how some viewers only watched 3 episodes, dropped it and they’d complain like they’ve completed the show. 😂
I’m not only speaking about this drama, but also some popular dramas out there. I also have dramas that I dropped but I wouldn’t be complaining like the know-it-all. I’d only comment on reasonable things that made me drop it and that’s it.
As this drama is getting more attention worldwide, there will be some type of new viewers who will decide to watch it just to fulfil their curiosity about why it got very high ratings instead of watching it for entertainment, then these viewers would end up liking it or disliking it (most of the time, the latter).
The bad side of this is most viewers of this type would try looking for even the tiniest (sometimes, unreasonable) thing to complain about, because they watch to complain, not to enjoy. They’re like examiners. It’s annoying at some point. 😂
I started 3 new dramas. All seems meh to me. The same thing happened last year, after I saw LLTG. For a while…
Yeah same thing happened to me after every drama that gave me withdrawal syndrome. I couldn’t watch any drama afterwards. Even if I could, it’d be hard for me to put my emotions into it. If not dropped, I’d watch till the end just for the sake of finishing it.
For instance, it happened after I watched I’m Not A Robot & You Are My Glory.
You know the empty feeling you’d get after you finished reading a good book? It’s like that for me. 🥲

We’re gonna be stuck with HL withdrawals for quite a long time, huh?
What Jdrama did you watch, if I may know?

Me too. I’m 26 years old this year, for God’s sake! And I’m still single, watching DJX being my age getting his girl made me feel so lonely.
Now I feel you. 😭

I hope this helps.
I couldn’t watch Who Rules the World before because I was still suffering from withdrawal syndrome after You Are My Glory. 😌

I guess she’s always walking on a flowery path… oh, but she still has haters tho. 😂

Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll add it to my list. 😁

So I feel you.
