I flooded my FB and insta with HL clips to promote it to my friends (esp. kdrama friends) Hahaha, i'm pretty sure…
Wow, I felt so great when I read your reply. I wish I had good video editing skills so I can be active on all socmed platforms and post my edits to promote my favourite shows.
Unfortunately, my photo & video editing skills suck. 😂
But I’m currently watching Fireworks of My Heart. It’s quite good!
Out of all Cdramas you mentioned above, I’ve only watched YAMG. 😂
If you enjoyed HL, you’d probably enjoy YAMG too, tho I’d say HL is more on the innocent side whilst YAMG is slightly more mature, but still, both are romantic. 😜
I’ll watch all dramas you recommend to me! Thank you so much. 💕

Yeah some viewers didn’t enjoy YAMG as much as many viewers did, especially the gaming part, and the part where they show the ML’s job. But I’m one of the viewers who love all parts of YAMG.
It’s a light romance drama to escape a stressful life. Watching it gave me one of the best experiences as an avid Asian drama fan.
As for LLTG, I haven’t watched it yet (planning to, soon) but I’ve heard many good reviews about it, so there must be a lot of viewers who enjoyed it. I’ll try to watch it and see if I’ll enjoy it too.
I watched several episodes. The way the ML acts with FL ,to me is weirdly over protective. CZY acting is good,…
In the drama, it wasn’t really mentioned but there’s a reason why he treats the FL and her family so good. It’s because of her family’s deeds to him. So he feels indebted.
Ohhh....so did you understand the hype KTL getting 🙄
Because many people love it, hahah. Also how great their marketing for this drama is/was.
It was all over socmed platforms, and it was not only spread by fans, but the whole production team, including the cast members who also deserve a ton of praises because of their hard work in promoting this drama, despite the hardships they had faced before filming.
The way they put so much work into making HL happen, it’s as sincere as the story is. I don’t know how to explain it in English because my knowledge on English vocabulary sucks, but Hidden love just feels… different.

I don’t want to compare as both dramas are totally different.
But if speaking of preferences, personally I like HL more as it got more values in terms of friendship, family, and the leads’ relationship is full with green flags.
If we were to mention “cringefest”, then KTL is not less cringy than HL, IMO. Especially when they added those comedic relief scenes.

Whyyy 😭
Speaking of KTL, I couldn’t continue watching it ever since I started HL, so I put it on-hold. Don’t know when I’ll pick it back up, since there are already many Kdrama with same/similar plots.
Unfortunately, my photo & video editing skills suck. 😂
Well, at least I can still spread through words..

Anyway, such an amazing experience huh? 😂

It looks like it’s going up in my country Malaysia, hopefully. Maybe because all episodes are already updated.

Well, to each their own.
