This picture does not open for me, I don't know why.But if its a picture that circulated the internet, or one that the family posted when they did that press conference, or if it's the video, it was alredy explained. The pictures with them together were taken 2019 foreword, with an IPhone 11. As for a video there were actually 2 but only 1 was shown and the narative was mixed between the 2. Basicly the family mixed up the stories. The drinking one was when she was 17, she cooked for the family and was never alone with him. There are army/military logs that show HSH was there on that date. The one that they showed and said she was under age, was actually taken when she was not underage.These were discused and debunked already.Also let's not forget thatGarosero's side invented a murder attempt and said FBI was investigating, when those were all lies. They are capable of everything.

The court said there is no evidence. So the way a defamation law suit works, is that the family and Garosaero need to prove that their acusation is not a defamation. So it's their duty to present proof that they are telling the truth. And they could not. That "evidence" they kept posting on the internet, that the fans called circumstantial, dey could not proove true in court. It would be in their favour to show the court everything, but they refused to sow up, or refused to give the electronic devices in ( later saying they were stolen).
The reason I use innocent is because outside of court there is no evidence, just an accusation online, that turned into a mob persecution.
Their words and circumstantial images are not fact, just like KSH's words words are not fact, but the actions speack louder.
The family's accusation is that KSH is an indirect "murderer", very serious acusation, yet they never once went to the police. No official action to fight for their daughter.
KSH on the other hand came out to say he did not hurt KSR, then imediatly seemed justice the oficial way.
one acts like a cheap circus creating a scandal and serving an audience, while the other wants justice and makes the right choices.

Yes, people should not accuse without proof. That is why I say the internet does that, because Saying he is guilt does not make it true. But people accuse him anyway.The reason I say he is inocent is because of the court case and the findings. But also because I knew of KSR's family before, when she was a teenager, and they were shady. As for Garosero, he spread lies about BTS before, and he is known to have a scandal channel.

I am not shocked that they treat KSH like this, even if he is innocent, I mean Disney never does the right thing, only what brings them money. That is why all their projects are bad and they need international talent and projects to give them originality.

OK, let's start from the beginning. :)
I am here on this site a lot because I love movies and series around the world, and it's related to what I studied. Because I am here, I have a few people that I talk a lot with, and one of them asked me to check this project out because there were rumours of it maybe airing (now on hold).
I saw only 2 projects of his before; I have 3 other actors that I like, and one of them is not even that famous.
With that said, I do have to mention that I don't like the internet culture of cancelling someone based on nothing, and I don't like injustice.
Even before this scandal, I already thought the family was shady, because there were already reports of KSR's mother being unstable after the divorce. The father was not there (was always in and out), the mother tried to jump off the balcony with KSR when she was small, KSR was the main breadwinner of the family, other actors were taking care of her more than the family did and so on.
The same with Garosero, he was working before with two other guys, they were all friends and partners in business. Those guys were caught taking money in exchange for favours (like news manipulations and so on), and Garosero immediately threw them under the bus after years of collaboration and friendship. And yes, they are both dead, so they could not defend themselves or say that Garosero was with them. Then Garosero started writing "sh*t" about BTS, he was one of the people exaggerating with Suga's news and many other lies. So I clocked this guy as someone without integrity and willing to do anything for money and news (not far from his partner- makes sense, birds of a feather flock together).
So when these 2 came together and presented "this evidence" that can not be taken as evidence, I knew everything was a lie.
From the first moment, someone with integrity and truth on their side would have gone to the police and asked them to investigate. But the family opted to go to a scandal tabloid and monetise their daughter's death.
There is nothing in their actions that is decent, and their manipulations and lies were crystal clear to me. So, since I hate injustice and I hate people who use serious situations to step on others and basically mock real victims, I decided to write my opinion.
The fact that they did not go to the police with such a serious accusation proves the truth is not on their side; the fact that KSH sued them without being afraid proves he has nothing to hide.
Which is why even in the court of law, the family has to prove their accusations; it's on them to prove it, yet they could not provide the evidence that would help their case. They are acting against their own situation, because clearly they don't have evidence, because it did not happen. I literally don't think he did anything the family mentioned.

Plus, these people who buy tickets only to sell them at triple price are ass*oles. There should be a law that prohibits thers part seller to sell the tickets more expensive than the original price (that way no one would try to make money out of it like this and the real fans would be able to enjoy the concert).

I am not mad at all, because I don't care about this series that much.
The most important part is for the case to be closed and for him to be able to move on, with tons of money. There are tons of projects that he could be in, Disney is not that big of a deal (the project is on hold, not canceled).

Clearly people are here because they are interested the TV series and new projects. Also they don't believe the baseless acusations... but then why are you here if not to spread hate and miss information? Then it was known in the industry that a lot of actors were actually helping KSR and parenting. She was bullied in school, and she had no support from her family.
Then they invent lies through "aunty" (she alredy apologiesed when she realised she could be sued for defamation).
Then the family covered up all of her relationships and lied that KSR was stuck in love with KSH, when she was actually even married to someone else!!!!
They are manipulative, and they panicked when KSR died because they knew all the debt fell on them (that's the law in Korea). So they manipulated text messages, lied about the dates of the pictures and videos, they also changed naratives or videos and letters and then used an AI voice recording to change more naratives...
There is litteraly nothing that tell us they are inocent and good people, let alone good parents.
They made a scandal out of their daugher's death and also they chose to create a circus with a tabloid that was alredy well known to be shady (2 of the ex associats were alredy deat, known as criminals and shady, Garosero turned out to be no different).

No, actually we are saying he is not a criminal, the family is.
The family which does not care about KSR (never did) and used her for money, that imediatly jumped to monetize her death and hoped to escape from debt, that invented lies because of greed and that have 0 evidence for everithing they said, we say they are the criminal and I hope they will enjoy the pit they dugg with their own hands.
God is not stupid, truth always comes out and people that are rotten to the core can't manipulate everyone.
We see through their lies, it's cristal clear. Which is why even in the court of law they are not backed up by anyhting (no evidence).

We are not asking you to defend anyhting, we are asking you to back you words and your conclusion. We are litteraly asking you to talk about yourself and your thought process so we can understand what made you come to your conclusion and what made you believe that what was said about him is real?

Stop throwing words that have no support.
Be responsable research every aspect of the case, both sides (objectively), think about the "evidence" and their actions.... and then explain your conclusion.
Nothing you mentioned happened. We are looking at everything in context. Also, you can't be calling out one part for lies and then supporting the other part for lies. The way you look at it, it's not fair.
Be fair, and call the other side out for lies as well, don't turn a blind eye... The parent showed all those fake texts, and they lied about dates, made an IA-invented recording, changed the information in that as well, changing the accusations... Lied about "an assassination attempt and the involvement of the FBI"... this was presented by them, and we just caught the absolutely absurd lies. So why are you not calling them out?

I will teach you something, one can be acused of many things (those are just words not facts), one has to be prooven to be one in order to be a criminal...

But you are a criminat, because you are a person that can be acused of defamation and also spreading lies... and if sued you can do time by the Korean law.

I don't think the industry will push him down, because these were alredy talks about implementing new laws. I am happy now that haters and people that defame others can do time... buy they should crack down on such behaviour even more.

Now, for you information, he was not formaly acused of anyhting, he has notjing to be accountable for.
Creating a circus in a tabloid does not mean anything, those are just lies and rumours... they have no evidence. Which is why they were sued and there is a case open in the court of law by KSH abainst the true bad guys (Garosero and the family).
In all this KSH is the victime, while the greedy family wanted to extort money from him and get rid of the debt. The only thing they managed to do now is to beary themselves. They had nothing to show infront of the judge.

Don't pretend to care. Everyone knows that you are here to speak ill about someone without any proof (we know because the family had literally 0 evidence in the court of law, nothing to back their lies, and clearly, you are no different), yet you keep pushing and hating. You most likely hate men and are frustrated for some reason, since the accusations you hang on were already proven fake.
So stop pretending to care, and at least be sincere with your motives, have courage for once to be clear and open about your hate.
No decent person goes on the internet to defame and spread hate, so you have issues.

The idea that you think someone would defend a victim and fight for the truth because "they expect to get something from him" is absurd.

If you want to write such hateful things, pls at least provide proof to support your accusation, not fake edited things. Give reasons and proof that support your accusation. Don't just yep without having something to back you up.

You should not be out if you have so much time and energy to spread hate without caring about the consequences, and if you feel comfortable insulting others who give you proof of his innocence. You should stand your ground and explain clearly why you are making the accusations and what you base them on.
Because words have meaning and these are serious accusations, people who defend them have a strong basis of his innocence, it's the only reason they stand by him, because they know he did nothing wrong!
You should at least explain your reasoning for backing the accusations and your belief.
