But the letter was sent before, from my understanding. She tried to get in contact with him, could not, then she posted the pic.
Aparently after that they got in contact settled things, even her new CEO coroborated this.
She said she talked to GM comany, and she was even told about a second letter that KSR was going to recieve, one with extra things added. One in which, she was also asked not to post things thing online, apart for the money issue and repayment.
But the family said KSR was never notified about the second letter, and she interpreted negativly.
So clearly there is something srange here, because her CEO said they did notify her that KSR would get a new letter. Maybe the CEO never told KSR about it.
The idea is that since this was a legal situation, with contracts and about money, there was a protocol involved.
The company made official steps through their layers, and forbade KSH and other artist from the company to answer on this subject to KSR.

This is what I found and why I was confused. Because I was remembering the news about her apartment and the videos there but I never saw videos at his place. So it might be that some articles presented them by mixing the information up.

The videos had nothing to do with his place, those were separat time lines and situations.

I know that it was said that her family was around certain times, I mean they said so themselves, no at the house but at the apartments (but a specific apartment).

Which would make sense because he said he was never at her house, but the parent said that they know they were spending time together and they were there many times. So, it could be at the apartment and not at the house.

No, that's how they translated it, but he said he is not dating her at the moment, they way he expressed it was vague, with the understanding they are not conected. Which was true, becaus ethey were not together whenthe picture was posted.
And the pictures they posted in shorts, was after millitary when they were dating. The dates said by the family were wrong.

He did not say anything to the press, only after it wa prooven. He kept everything for the case.

But they did, in the court of law. From what I understood multiple people were calld as witnesses and they testified.
If you are curious why they did not show their face in the begining, because these was aired to the media as a scandal, and no official Korean news autlet went close to the story, only scandal outlets.
The press was only talking about Garosero's news, puting him on a pedestal, and no one was writing about the other side.
This news was presented initially one sided.
Thing toned down when the official reporter that broke the Burnning Sun case, came out and called Garosero out for lies and opened a case against him. The guvernmed had to step up and wanr the news outlets to be objective and not post news as fact without verifying the info. That's why they stopped, because thye were doing illegal things, feeding the masses unprooven info.
Any decent person would not use the media in such a case, they would go to the police or in the courtoflaw. And KSH fallowed the right proceture.

If you know Korean the first time he denied the relationship, you would know it was a response formulated with layers.

No, he did not say his parents were present, he said her parent were present. He went to her apartment, and her parents were there. Look up what he said again.
Also, from what I remember, KSH wanted to talk with the parent and resolve the issue, but they insisted on making it a scandal, for money.

This is what I think happened. There was some misunderstanding with the money KSR owed; somehow, she was left in the dark about the second letter she received from the company lawyers. But her new CEO came out with her own mouth and said that KSH's company told her about the second letter before the company even sent it out.
From the family perspective, KSR was never aware of it, even if her CEO knew about it. (The CEO never told her about it, apparently).
From this, the family discovered that she was down and sad about the payment, and she took her life.
KSH said KSR did know about it, they intentionally spoke with her CEO to make sure KSR's knows. And I will say again, the new CEO said she did speak with KSH's company, and she knew about the second letter.
So, my conclusion is that there was a misunderstanding somewhere, but it was not how it was presented. Maybe the family was pushing her to ask KSH to cancel the debt, or postpone...

The family did not go to the police to say they felt KSH was at fault for her death. They spread rumours about an emotional involvement that made her sad... So their "sory's trigger" changed, and when people thought about PDF and went crazy on their own, the Garosero started fabricating stuff. I am sure you remember that at first they did not show "evidence", they said they would show evidence if KSH did not come out to recognise the relationship. But they framed it in such a way to make him look as if he recognised something, which would have meant the relationship was 6 years. While he came out and said he dated her at 19, and that was it. People put the 6-year-old on him.

All of a sudden, this turned into a case that was not even illegal there and could not even be pursued, instead of them focusing on the death and going to the police. So clearly, they were not concerned about her death; they were concerned with bringing him down, because they thought that would cancel their debt to the company. Because in Korea, the Debt is on the family, not only on the individual, so even if KSR died, the family would have been forced to pay the money back. And that was what they were afraid of and why they wanted to make money and bring him down.

The photos were from 2019 and 2020, and 2021, as proven by the phone series and now in the court of law.
The texts were out of context, made out of montages, with changed dates... I said this before when they showed them as proof the first time, I can make exactly the same thing in paint...

Adults can have relationships with children (non romantic ones). Depending on the culture or country or situation.
Normaly KSH said that they had a mentor-student relationship, but I think it was more like an interesting friendship.
I can talk from experience, in my family somehow I ended up being the only one my age and any cousins are 5/6 years older than be and 8 or 12 years younger than me, so I got used to spending time with people of diffrent ages and with quite big age gaps, and I was like this all my life.
Imagine me being 13 and spending time with 18/19 year olds, and sometimes spending time with my youger cousins.
Right now I have a friend that is litterally 80 years old, she is a writer, she was my mother's proffesor, and I get along with her amazingly :)
When I was 10 I used to spend time with my drawing teacher, he took pictures of me and sent a lot of time mentoring me, my family knew him well. He died 5 years ago because he was old as well.
I also have a friend that is 45 years old, she helped me through hard times.
And I have friends that are 17,18 and 21 year old. We go out, we travel, we talk about music and right now we are excited by the Tiny Tan BTS MC collection.
People of diffrent ages can have things in commune, they can enjoy books, art, music and so on and have respect for eachother and care.

Yes, you write to people you care about, but it does not have to be romantic. I talk and write letters (emails/correspondence) with people I met on the internet from all over the world, we go back and forth for years now, and I find myself talking about good stuff and bad stuff.

He wrote letters 100% to many people, because literally every person does, now that they have phone privileges, they send messages even more, they can even post things for fans.

People saw this letter that the family attached a narrative to, and they just went with it, but the words of the family are not true.
Remember, they never created a case or accused him of being a PDF, the public did.
If everything had been true, they would have approached the case differently.
