In most traditional Asian cultures, particularly Korean, having two women connected to the same man comes with a heavy taboo, especially on screen. When you add the fact that the women were already friends and the man cheated on one to be with the other 😅—that was the 'absurd' dynamic I was referring to! It's rare to see a K-drama break away from that cliché, and this one has been really enlightening and entertaining.
