Does anybody else know that he is the emperor's son, like Chen Ping Ping, his FIL, the princes? And who is CPP to FX? Is he really his uncle?

I really want to applaud the director and the producing team of this drama, for a drama with a lot of episodes, they could make each and every episode engaging and interesting with the tight amount of tense, action, drama and comedic relief.
Hopefully, it wont be long for season 2.

Well, I read somewhere that in the novel, Fan Xian have multiple wives, but I don't think the drama will go that route.

Can't believe the emperor command xiao wei to die, even if he knows 13th prince and xiao wei are innocent. Even if the 4th prince manage to fake her death, but it goes to show that the evil princes and evil step sister is way too powerful.
Based on ep. 21 preview the evil sister will marry the 14 th prince.

Dang it! Uncle wuzhu is always unavailable in the most critical time, Hopefully season 2 will come out soon. Gosh, I hate cliff hanger.

Who is Fan Xian birth father?

Agree.. I didn't expect much watching this, but now I'm hooked and addicted. I love all the characters seems natural and flawed, but superficial at the same time. Love the dialogues.

Care to share what happen in the end of the season that makes you so angry? Anyone dies? Is Fan Xian still together with Wan er?

IKR, they cut all the kissing scenes.. is it because the leads are young or the rating of drama for all ages?

Sadly for me she does not get better.. I really really try to like her but she so rude and bratty to ML, so much so that even ML saves her many times and even saves her father, she doesn't say thank you instead scoofs at him.
Well, at least she is kind to those weaker than her.

You should try this one, its another romcom, but the ML will pursue the ML until they somewhat together at ep 14, but somehow they seperated again. This FL is really.. really hard to get.. ?

I dun know why they put steamy kiss tag, until ep14, they cut most of the kissing scene. Even the bed scene was ambigous did they or did they not.
But, I know for sure the ML definetly could kiss, it just that they awkwardly cut the kiss scenes, or maybe i have just finished love by hypnotic so my standard is kindda high on kiss scene.. Lol

The pace is awfully sloooow... she travel back in time only in ep.4, then switch place with the daughter of finance minister, then become lady in waiting to enter the palace to search 13th, the meet but later on somehow 13th prince forget about her. They are entangled with a muder of another lady in waiting that involve the power strugle between crown prince and 4th prince.
The first 3 episodes are very slow and full of fillers. The princes are not very memorable, but the chemistry between the leads is pretty good. Hope the story get better and not draggy.

Oh the describtion is almost similiar with scarlet heart? Hopefully, this is one is a lot lighter and have a happy ending.. although I highly doubt chinese palace drama will have a happy ending

You should watch him here, he so suited in his role as a young pirate.. dengerously alluring... can't understand why the FL havent yet fell for him.

Yes.. my sentiment exactly, FL is typical of C romcom, always shouting to ML, loud and unreasonable, but at least she's kind to the weak. ooh th ML he's so young but yet possed such sexy aura to him.. and he's not even buff or anything ..
